Secluded utopia
Elegant and stately resort surrounded by ocean and golfing greens- idyllic! The staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful. I accidentally ordered a drink off the menu and Sabrik cheerfully made the drink and chatted. Such amazing vibes all around!

Christmas vacation
Sabrih and Nelson are awesome! They hook it up at the bar — great drinks, great vibes! Sabrih gave great recommendations for things to do during our stay! 12/10 definitely recommend! wonderful time at the hyatt regency in PR, the resort is beautiful and the staff is great!

Beautiful resort that needs some TLC in customer service skills
This is my second day over the course of last nine years. Only take home message from my initial visit was poor. Customer Service skills. Was hoping that it changed however it did not. Resort has been updated and well kept.Beautiful resort literally a paradise however lacking customer service skills Which is a key ingredient in success.
