Samoset Resort On The Ocean

This place is a gem. I stay at a lot of RCI properties and this hotel/resort is one of the best. The service is exceptional. it's obvious that everyone working here is intent on delivering the best possible customer service experience. Also the gym is fantastic!

I highly recommend staying at the Samoset Resort! We had multiple issues arise with our stay but the management did everything and beyond to rectify the problems. The room we ended up in was amazing but the customer service is what made the trip. Our bad start turned into a great weekend! Thank you to Jamie and Nicole (management) who made our time at the Samoset a positive (eventually) and memorable trip. We will be back!

Winter at the Samoset Resort is wonderful. We were there during their annual Ice Bar. Unfortunately the night we went was rainy, but the cocktails were fabulous. Hiking the Beech Hill Preserve, dining out at Beacon Oysters for appetizers, and main dish at Ada’s Kitchen was fantastic. Very satisfying trip.

This is my second extended-stay at this property. The rooms are dated, but still nice; and quiet. The service at he front desk is outstanding!

We booked a night at the Samoset so we could experience the ice bar. From the moment we got there, the staff was welcoming and friendly. They upgraded our room without being asked. The meals at the restaurants were amazing. The manager was out and about and we had a great conversation. The ice bar was great. When we checked out, they patiently reviewed our bill with us. We wanted to purchase some t shirts, but the shop was not yet open. The lady at the front desk didn't hesitate to open it up and get our shirts.
