Absolutely adequate, which makes this hotel overpriced for value
Staff were pleasant but seemed overwhelmed. Front desk staff complained about how "crowded" hotel was during our check in experience. Wait staff were pleasant but not attentive. Absolutely did not feel like a "resort" - felt more like a budget hotel from the perspective of customer service/attentiveness.

Great stay
During my stay at the hotel, the valet service was incredibly helpful. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a warm welcome and took care of my car promptly. Miranda who helped us was always quick to retrieve my vehicle whenever I needed it, making my comings and goings smooth and hassle-free. Their efficiency and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my overall experience at the hotel.

Wonderful long, couples weekend
The bed was fantastic and the towels extremely soft. Checking is was easy. Janie and Bryan worked with me in advance to have a sweet surprise waiting in the room for my husband's birthday. Even though work is being done on the spa, I had a great massage in the temporary space. The room was clean and I loved quiet time from 10 pm - 7 am. Would definitely visit again.

Great place for a family vacation
Our family had a very lovely stay at this beautiful property. Our rooms and the property were clean, beds comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our only complaint is that the pool/lazy river needs to be hotter. It was chilly during our stay and since it's only heated to 82 degrees it was hard to enjoy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Terrible, stay away
I will not recommend anyone to stay at this resort. For the money you pay, expect a good heating but for one full day, we were all shivering. When it comes to the food, doesn't offer good selection and quality. There was one restaurant, which was worse that Golden Corral buffet place. Room service is terrible.
