Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego

The hotel offered points and a refund of our entire stay. However, we’re still trying to get our refund (this happened in Oct and now end of Jan). There’s been a lot of back and forth, and now Chase Travel is speaking with Hyatt to get them to initiate the refund of points so Chase can deposit the points back into my account, but corporate said, “the only notes we have is that the guest wasn’t satisfied with her stay.” How convenient that they didn’t keep record of this. Additionally, we got the hospitality suite and it had duct tape to keep the carpet down, and found hairs in the towels. So nasty. Shout out to the front desk manager who never dismissed this issue and our complaints. She’s been trying to move things along for us.

Great customer service great food, and a great experience. Staff were very friendly and anticipated my needs even before asking. The food was exquisite and the 40th floor restaurant stays open until 1 AM, which is very convenient for the late night traveler.

This is a beautiful hotel with attentive staff and comfortable accomodations. We had a bay view room, and if your able it's much recommended. It's proximity to attractions is also an asset. It's just a fun time whether you live in town or from out of town visiting.

Great venue. Rooms large, clean and efficiently laid out. Great lobby bar and bar on high floor with great views (they just closed too early). Staff from check in through stay pleasant and helpful. The texting feature made make requests very easy. Also great location, lot of nearby amenities within walking distance.

Very nice hotel, the view was amazing, it's right where all the action is, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. I got to watch the sun rise from the 30th floor. While we were only staying a night, it was nice to get away and enjoy my home in San Diego like everyone else does, if even for a little while.
