Holiday cheers!

Excellent check in and help from Carolina! Lovely room, very clean and comfortable! The bed is perfect. The furniture is classic and seen some visitors but great character. Love the walkable nature of the hotel and the Christmas decorations.

Fabulous Hotel, full of old charm & great service.

4 nights stay here. There was a harpist playing in the lobby when we arrived! Rooms are big, lovely bathroom with the most amazing shower, best of our whole trip. Bed very comfy. Very quiet at night. There's a pool, which we didn't use, but looked lovely. We had breakfast one morning, for convenience which was lovely, but as with most hotels so very expensive a cup of tea was $8, plus not great tea, but then that's more a me problem (English & v picky with tea). There is a Panerea Just a block away, which we did also for breakfast. Walkable to most things Midway about 20 mins flat walk away. Seaport Village about 30 mins. Where we had a nice walk around & shop, plus meal at Cheesecake factory & took dessert back to the hotel for later.

Best birthday ever! From reservations to check out valet. Sarah made sure that my birthday was grand. When I called to make the reservation, she immediately helped me and promised that I would have a great birthday and sure did. I had the best birthday ever. The food is delicious. the food at the bar and service from Taner at the bar was great. Paul in the garage was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing customer service!

I had an amazing stay at the Westgate. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The Bed was so comfy and nice soft pillows. The blankets were perfect. We enjoyed room service and all of the food was delicious and we made several requests to the front desk and they were very nice and brought all of the things we required very quickly. The Lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and a Harp player was in the lobby lying very relaxing music when we arrived it was a magical scene.

Absolutely AMAZING! Every detail was absolutely amazing!! I’d give 20 stars if I could. Upon everything we were welcomed by the beautiful sounds of a harp and a beautifully decorated atmosphere , the reception workers were friendly and fast!! The manager Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well. Our suite was beautiful and the view was OMG!! The bed was likely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!! Location was perfect we spent less than $20 on every Uber! You have to stay here if you’re in SD!!
