Kimpton Sir Francis Drake Hotel

I love the design of the rooms, they are sleek and elevated yet don't feel like they are trying too hard. The staff is very accommodating and even though there seemed to not be a lot of staff they still made our requests happen in a timely manner. The security in front and the valet staff are also greatly appreciated.

Simply put, it is the best place to stay in SF hands down. This is now my partner and I’s second time staying at this lovely establishment and the Beacon Grand has proved to outdo itself. The staff here are stellar in that they go out of their way to make your stay as a guest even more memorable. Not to mention the quality of the room is unmatched, with such a prime location the views you get of the city skyline are truly spectacular. It is a clear choice for me and my partner that we will be coming back to the Beacon Grand the next time we visit San Francisco!

I had an exceptional experience at Beacon Grand Union Square, thanks to Jojit! From the moment I checked in, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and prompt. He made sure we were quickly settled into our room and went above and beyond by providing a list of great recommendations to make our stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout moments was when he combined our two separate bookings, so we didn't have to move rooms halfway through our stay. His attentiveness really made a difference, and I truly appreciated his outstanding service. Thank you, Jojit, for making our visit so memorable!
