Kimpton Sir Francis Drake Hotel

Hotel is grand and nicely maintained. Appreciated some of the soft updates. Charging ports and wall outlets do need to be updated as it was hard to maintain phone charge. Staff is very nice and Grettel was a superstar, Wali was helpful. Cleaning, engineering and front office and guest services were friendly and attentive. Location is excellent and the old world charm of the hotel and Starlite was nice to see. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the Beacon Grand Hotel in San Francisco! Jojit was extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Alex was also great and helped bring all of our belongings up to our room, which we really appreciated. Both of them provided excellent customer service and made our experience even better. The location is prime, the atmosphere is elegant and historic, and my room was super cute - on a corner with an incredible view on two sides. It was sort of pricey, but you get what you pay for. Finally, the service was stellar. From the front desk at check-in to the staff at the restaurant, they made me feel valued and appreciated.

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was both upscale and relaxing. Leif, one of the manager's, was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The Library was a nicely appointed room for a small post-wedding dinner and the staff was attentive. We really enjoyed our stay at the Beacon Grand.
