Kimpton Sir Francis Drake Hotel

I was honestly surprised by the condition and layout of this room. There was a bug on the pillow, marks on the blanket, and a dirty towel in the bathroom. There was also no bath mat the first night, although I appreciated that one was provided for my second night. The biggest issue was the walkway in the room. It was extremely narrow and felt like a potential safety hazard. I had to lean over just to walk through while trying not to hit my back on the TV. I’m surprised this particular room is being offered to guests and, in my opinion, it should be taken offline until the layout is addressed. I appreciated that housekeeping noticed the missing bath mat, but overall, the cleanliness and room setup definitely needed more attention.

We had such a great experience checking in thanks to Jojit! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming and went out of his way to help me get a room on the same floor as my sister, which I really appreciated. He made the entire check-in process so easy and was genuinely kind and helpful. It was such a great way to start our stay. Thank you, Jojit, for taking such good care of us!

We really enjoyed our stay! The bed was so comfortable. The hotel was beautiful. It was centrally located for walking and using public transportation. We really enjoyed breakfast too
