Kimpton Sir Francis Drake Hotel

The hotel has charm, but the food was very mediocre. It’s a nice place to stay once, but lacks a real reason to stay there again.

A lovely hotel with everything you need: great location, good food, comfortable/clean rooms, terrific service. I stay here every month for work and I look forward to it.

Hotel is grand and nicely maintained. Appreciated some of the soft updates. Charging ports and wall outlets do need to be updated as it was hard to maintain phone charge. Staff is very nice and Grettel was a superstar, Wali was helpful. Cleaning, engineering and front office and guest services were friendly and attentive. Location is excellent and the old world charm of the hotel and Starlite was nice to see. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the Beacon Grand Hotel in San Francisco! Jojit was extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Alex was also great and helped bring all of our belongings up to our room, which we really appreciated. Both of them provided excellent customer service and made our experience even better.
