Kimpton Sir Francis Drake Hotel

The hotel is a beautifully renovated grand hotel in a central location. The rooms are modern and super clean. The bar on the top floor is chic with sophisticated cocktails, gorgeous views and great vibe. The concierge was very helpful. He organized a private day trip to Napa. The next day, the same chauffeur picked us up very early to take us to the airport. We will be back the next time we are in San Francisco.

What a lovely hotel, staffed by lovely individuals! We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was beautiful. Our room was exquisite. The bar and drinks were great. Thank you Casey and Armillio. The food was really good. And the overall service was excellent. Thank you Alma! You all made my partners birthday an even better experience. We will definitely make the Beacon Grand our hotel of choice when visiting SF.

I always say at the Beacon Grand! Great location and the rooms are nice. it’s a good value. Alex, the valet, is especially helpful. Tessa in the post room was a really wonderful waitress

Beautiful entryway, but nothing spectacular. Yes they have a bar on the 21st floor to oversee the city, nothing crazy. just another hotel. was looking for something that stuck out. this was just ehh with fancy decor and fancy walls. plenty of other hotels to enjoy with better parking. also directly in the city, keep this in mind. lots of hills, tough to walk around for elders. they dont mention this when booking.
