Leif Adams, customer Relationship Manager, runs a great hotel program. Staff are well trained and focused on your satisfaction. From the front door with Trey, to Bree's at the front desk and Feng the housekeeper you are treated special. Jason runs the restaurant with a great team. William and Mary in the morning for breakfast make sure you are well fed. Aston in the evening makes you a special treat. What this all means is that the owners care and have invested $40 M in this facility and its run correctly. Enjoy your time in SF at the right spot.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was always pleasant and helpful whenever we asked questions. I would most definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Beacon Grand for 21 days and the service was excellent. Front desk, hospitality, housekeeping and the bartenders in the Post room exceptional. I can't rave enough about this hotel.

Situated right on Powell Street, the iconic cable car literally stops right outside the front door. You are steps away from Union Square, great shopping, and top dining. The hotel offers breathtaking views!! Fantastic food and drinks and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was impeccably clean, remarkably quiet, and featured the most comfortable bed and plush pillows for a great night's sleep.If you want a true, classic San Francisco experience with high-end style and a vibrant atmosphere, look no further. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect located next to tram and Union Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Nice crew, perfect rooms, beautiful rooftop-bar
