I truly want to express my admiration for the receptionist — an absolutely wonderful man Jojit who helped us during a very stressful situation that occurred earlier in the day. His kindness, warm smile, and genuine support meant so much to us. He was incredibly polite and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. A truly exceptional person. The hotel itself is absolutely unique, with stunning architecture and beautifully designed interiors. I would also like to give special praise to the restaurant located right in the lobby — the food is absolutely delicious, and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a truly memorable experience.

In particular, when we asked for glasses to be brought to our room, it was done promptly and with great attention to detail. Everything just fine... except the reimbursement of the Incidental Deposit... It's taking for ever. Too many working days to process the reimbursement.

It was a lovely experience! Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and service was awesome. Definitely will be coming again and we appreciate the hospitality by the doorman Mr. Angelo!

Our first interaction with Alex at the hotel was so memorable, he made us feel so special and welcomed us to San Francisco with a smile! The staff left welcome toys for the kids and a cake for my husbands birthday, so thoughtful!
