Palace Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, San Francisco

I stay here every time I’m in San Fran. The robes are so fluffy, they have Japanese toilets, and super comfy beds. The restaurants are gorgeous and the staff is so helpful. The BART station is very close so it’s convenient to stay there and pop over to Berkeley if you have a student there.

We had a wonderful Easter Brunch at the Palace. Our server Sam was very attentive and gracious. The buffet selection was amazing, and all of the food was great. All of the staff seemed really happy, which made it a great experience for the guests

The most wonderful and beautiful place to stay!!! The rooms are clean, all amenities, wonderful staff A must stay!!! We have been staying on our visit with family once a year… The restaurant is amazing! Great service and food is a pleasant surprise if you are in for the night! Just as good as going out in the city! You also have Giardelli ice cream next door! OMG. what a surprise! In the morning you can go downstairs and get a coffee on the house! Sit in that big , beautiful room, you feel so amazing, and then look at that incredible flower arrangement! The staff is amazing, beautiful, incredible , incredibly kind❤️

Went to their Garden Court restaurant for the second time for the brunch buffet. Simply magical. Suspended in time. Stunning architecture. Delightful classical music. Our waiter Sam was the nicest and quirkiest fellow. The food is not phenomenal but ok. I keep coming back for magical experiences. Can’t recommend it enough.

This place is beautiful. If you love architecture and history, this is the place to go. It felt like stepping back in time. The fact that there is a mini museum of the hotel in the hotel was really fun and joyous. I loved everything about this place. All the staff was so kind and so quick with any requests. They all were so lovely, and hospitable. However, I want to mention my main man, Ricardo from the Pied Piper. He was so kind and he served me every night. He remembered my order and made me feel so welcomed and safe. I was traveling for work, and I was alone but I felt right at home at the bar. I can not thank you all enough.
