The Palace Hotel is a newly renovated San Francisco icon unveiled. It's a designer’s vision brought to life through original architecture and authentic elements paired with classically inspired, modern décor. Our space is filled with light, color and warmth...a look that is rich, stylish, and absolutely gorgeous. It’s an improved upon, historic perfection...that befitting of the Palace.

Wonderful historic hotel near the Embarcadero and Union Square. Great breakfast buffet. Also, the bar and restaurant Pied Piper are terrific. We had a wonderful dining experience thanks to Suren and his colleagues. Highly recommended (especially the fresh oysters and beef short rib).

The Palace and her Staff, it was an amazing trip but what will bring me back is the experiential service and staff. Breakfast was a journey to the past and the rooftop covered pool was/is a sunrise experience you should not miss. The city has seen its ups and downs and I hope there is more up in it's near future.

The Palace is a beautiful hotel with interesting history and “mini” history museum right in the middle of the San Francisco financial district which provides a wide variety of dinning options nearby. It is also close to the Golden Gate Bridge making it a short roughly 1 hour drive north to Santa Rosa/Sonoma. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast buffet served in the impressive main hall (see picture included)

Lovely ambience and very welcoming staff. Rooms are large and bed and linens are super. Bathroom is also large and the amenities luxurious. Food at the Garden Court for Sunday brunch was plentiful, large variety and delicious but tables are too close together. A real treat that goes far beyong the cookie cutter modern hotels that tend to be charmless. And great location!

This was the perfect spot to land after a week overseas. After arriving in the evening, taking in the stunning lobby and garden room, and enjoying a quick - and generously sized - snack in the Pied Piper, we quickly fell into a long, restful sleep on one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced. The room was spacious and stocked with thoughtful amenities - even a cupcake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Breakfast the next day was a large, delicious granola and yogurt bowl. We especially enjoyed the historic displays throughout the hotel including the little Palace Hotel museum at the far hallway off the lobby. Be sure to take note of the interesting photographs throughout the building - especially in the spa and pool area! The location allowed us to walk to many great sites and is surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. All in all, this was a wonderful place to spend a few nights while visiting a beautiful city. We would not hesitate to stay at the Palace again.
