Viceroy Los Cabos

A outstanding resort overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Ideal for someone who is looking to chill out by the water. Very friendly with outstanding service. We stayed in a Villa which i believe came with a butler service. They were very helpful making reservations in and out of the resort. The food offerings were good, but there were better options in Cabo San Jose. The Viceroy is worthy of its Five star rating.

From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed with breathtaking views and the warmest hospitality from the hotel staff. The team, Sandra and Fernanda, have been absolutely amazing to work with! They’ve been incredibly friendly, helpful, and have kept my team organized throughout this entire experience. Their kindness and attention to detail have truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

This was my second time being at Viceroy. When I tell you this is one of the most memorable and relaxing resorts, conveniently located and easy to get to from the airport. The service is always great. Every staff member was accommodating, made great conversation, wasn’t overbearing, not trying to sell timeshare stays. The butler we had was amazing, Laura went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, with complimentary rose petals and dessert to celebrate our anniversary. There was never a time where I didn’t see the rooms, pools or other areas of the premises being cleaned. The water was constantly being treated (the entire property is covered with water) and the pools were ALWAYS immaculately clean. Even with small children and babies. The walkways were being mopped constantly. The food here is very good, above average for a resort. Casero and Awacate have the best French toast ever. Love all their breakfast options. Nidito has great poolside food options. Prices aren’t too expensive, for what you would spend at all inclusive in the Cabo area with the same quality food, you’d end up spending for your room and food during a stay at Viceroy. So to me the prices are reasonable. But I also love to leave the resort and try other restaurants in the area so for a foodie this place is a great deal, in my opinion. There is just so much of Cabo to offer restaurant wise so staying at the resort and only eating there wasn’t my priority. There is a walkable shopping area nearby so it makes for great exploring of the San Jose del Cabo area. We were able to Uber around and try other restaurants with no problem. They do however offer an all inclusive package for those who aren’t looking to leave the resort. The only small downside to this resort, as beautiful and unique as the layout is, it’s a lot of walking. To get from your room to the spa, gym, and beach area is a bit of a walk from the main suites. And it’s a spiral downhill so the walk back up is a workout for those who arent in shape or are pregnant. It didn’t deter me from staying but I did see a lot of babymooners around. If you’re not looking for the exercise you can always stay at the main level pools which are more quiet than the poolside. Overall enjoyed my stay. 9/10 Will return again, hopefully to stay in the villas!

Fantasy stay. An absolute paradise. Our reps Sandra and Fernanda have been so helpful. Luxurious stay with amazing views incredible food. Here for a work team gathering but will definitely be back with my family many times to come in the future

I’ve been to the spa at the Viceroy many times, and it’s always a wonderful experience. Really nice coed facilities, tranquil environment and therapists are always top notch. But today I had the absolute best massage - deep tissue - with Nancy (Esmeralda) who was amazing. Highly recommend!
