Fantastic Hotel, with fantastic helpful staff, who make you feel supported. I cant fault anything about it. Its in a great location, near to all attractions and the river, which is lovely. Maybe a comment about the weather in March...it can be cold, so take layers.

We were really looking forward to this hotel but left overall disappointed. Arrival was nice. We were told we had a room with 3 beds, but there were only 2. Room was a little worn and view of concrete and grating from window meant no natural light. Shower is in the bath with just a thin curtain to block it from the bedroom. Not ideal. The whole rooftop area and infinity pool was closed - this was a main reason for choosing this hotel. On second day we told staff there was a cockroach in the lobby. Not ideal. That night people were knocking on our door and running away constantly. Reception was contacted and they said security would be called. It stopped after 2am. Not ideal. The next day there was a cockroach in our bathroom. Housekeeping cleaned it away. Not ideal. We spoke to reception and asked the room was cleaned and sprayed. On our last day we booked a taxi to the airport. It wasn’t booked due to the Seville marathon. We weren’t told until the next day. Staff said walk 8 minutes and call a taxi. It took 55 minutes to walk out of marathon zone. Left feeling staff really didn’t care at all. Contacted Expedia on our return but the hotel refused to engage saying the issues we had were compensated by a bottle of cava (left in room) and they gave my son a robe. All in all it was not at all the luxury stay or experience we hoped for.

Exellent hotel, very good location, Thanks to Mrs SANCHEZ for her kindness. The room was exellent, the employees are very serviable. Well known hotel in Sivilia and used by the toreros. we appreciate our visit to Sivilia and the local people.

The Hotel is in a great position - it is easy to walk to all the main sites. Inside, it's very nicely decorated, clean and bright with a good restaurant on site but plenty of choice a short walk away. Very nice bar and a relaxing, nicely decorated lounge area. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning was to an excellent standard. The only area for improvement is the rather hit and miss breakfast service - the buffet is good though. We will be back.

While vacationing in Malaga we decided on a day trip to Seville. Not wanting to drive to Seville early and then drive back late at night, we decided to spend one night in Seville. We wanted a comfortable hotel in the city center with parking availability. That’s how we came to stay at this hotel. Initially it was a bit hard to find (our car’s satnav couldn’t find it so we had to rely on our phones) but once you’re there it’s easy park your car in front of the hotel and the valets will take care of it. The hotel lobby is filled with bull fighters memorabilia so you really get the vibes from the city. At reception you are welcomed with a glass of champagne (or in our case water) and checking goes smoothly. The room we had was nice and comfortable (the lighting system takes some getting used to though). The doors to the room all feature a saint from an artwork which is a really nice touch. We were only there for one night so we didn’t use any of the other facilities other than breakfast. Breakfast was good, a combination of buffet and service. We would really recommend this hotel (if your budget allows… it’s a 5-stars hotel after all).
