Grand Hyatt Singapore

This hotel has been closed for a while due to renovations. It was worth the wait as the new product is fantastic. We had barely walked in the door from our car when a representative of the hotel came up to us asking about our reservation. She ushered us to the club lounge to check us in because we are globalists. The gentleman there was so pleasant-checked us in, brought us champagne. We ended up staying in the lounge for 2 hours. They had drinks/appetizers but it was enough for dinner. The club lounge is just temporary right now so it's in a restaurant while they're finishing the hotel and still building out the suites. I've never had such service in a lounge. We didn't even need to get up as people kept bringing us whatever we wanted. Our room was great with a nice closet, daybed and bathroom. The breakfast was the best we had in Southeast Asia with regards to the international food-they had Malaysian, Thai, Indian etc. The only thing that was lacking was the pastries-need to work on that. Our favorite part of the hotel is the outdoor pool-actually 2 pools-a lap pool and a relaxation pool. There are restaurants, a bar and all kinds of cabanas, lounge chairs in the pools and lots of shade. The location is in Orchard which is the shopping mall district so it's fine. We're coming back with our family in September so can't wait. The lounge representative told us to contact him and he'd take care of us and upgrade us to a suite.

As someone who stays in hotels for 60+ nights a year for work I can safely say this is Top 3 I’ve ever stayed in. A beautiful resort - an oasis in a metropolis, wonderfully friendly staff, top quality food (Steffan Heerdt - Exec sous chef, also a lovely man) have done amazing things and found a way for a chain hotel to offer top tier, local food. Beautiful pool and gardens as well. The hotel that converted me from Bonvoy to Hyatt loyalty. Brilliant stay.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience staying at Grand Hyatt Singapore. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and hope that you will pay attention to it. First of all, when I checked in, the attitude of the front desk receptionist made me feel very uncomfortable. The receptionist's tone was arrogant and lacked professional etiquette, which really dampened my first impression of your hotel.

Excellent hotel to stay at central of Singapore. Convenient location to access shoppings, bus, mrt. Perfect services. Good food. Definitely come back. Only missing welcome drink or presents. Very nice business lounge with good food and services

One of my best hotel stays. Attention of the whole team were impeccable and I have nothing but great memories of my stay. Every meal I had in the hotel (2 x Breakfast and 1 x dinner) were filled with delicious food, Kudos to the whole team. Thank you.
