Clean lines and a spacious layout define the sleeping spaces, which feature a most enviable hotel perk: Even basic suites contain two full bathrooms.

Poor service, overpriced, very small rooms, barely any staff. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for our breakfast to arrive at the hotel's restaurant and they didn't even bring my kids food. Will not stay here again. If you're looking for excellent service and luxury this hotel is not for you.

Room 761 very dirty. Mold and water damage near air conditioner. Pull out sofa filthy. Floor very dirty. No concierge for 4 day stay. Children screaming at adult only rooftop pool everyday. Rooftop bar closed due to no staff and broken refrigeration. No hot water for 2 days. Hot tubs not working. Rooftop pool oil slick from sunscreen (filter not working?). Very short staffed in all areas. Overall, aggravating time. Not a resort! Would not return.

Unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed with our stay and customer service at the grand beach hotel Surfside. My partner and I stayed in a room adjacent to people who threw 20+ person parties in their room and on the balcony until the very early hours of the morning. Thus we barely slept 2 of the 5 nights out of our stay. On Friday night, the noise started around 3am and continued past 9am. We called the hotel at 6:12am, 7:45am, and 9:18am to express the noise concerns. Security spoke with the tenants but the noise did not cease. We went to the front desk the following morning, and spoke with a very nice front desk staff member. She apologized for the situation, and assured us that management would look into this further and address the situation. Unfortunately, no follow up occurred. On Saturday night, the noise, again, started at 2am. My partner went and talked to the front desk around 2:30am and they sent security up. However the noise still did not stop. We called again at 4:54am and 5:26am and then they were removed by the authorities. It’s extremely disappointing that this situation continued the way it did without management intervening appropriately. We are also disappointed that management did not address this with us after the first night, and that we had to bargain for a reduced bill. We do not feel the small reduction from our bill of two resort fees is sufficient to correct the terrible experience we had. We lost two nights of sleep, as well as significant vacation time lost to catching up on sleep. There were also many things that were dissatisfactory about the resort amenities (ie hot tubs not working on the ground floor, children in the adult-only pool). Further, the customer service representative we spoke with on Friday night was rude and dismissive on the phone. We welcome management to contact us and better address this situation in good faith.

Wow what an amazing experience/ Ladys took such good care of us. We were new to this area so we where worried and this was our wedding. We had our wedding lunch/ceremony at the plage restaurant located in this hotel. She gave us the most reasonable price and took into consideration our wedding budget. She made our wedding preparations and wedding day stress free. We will use this hotel to stay and for its amazing food/restaurant forever.

Amazing Hotel, Best Location, Super Professional Staff! 5 Stars ⭐️ We stayed for 4 nights ! Always super clean , friendly environment. The location is super safe , cool and close to everything. We stayed in an Ocean Front room. We will be back -
