There are more words of excellence i could find, i would leave here "excellent". From the airport on, starts with the organised transport, then great wellcome in hotel, great dinners in restaurant with dream view over Taormina, great time at the pool with delcious drinks and snacks, wellness with extra qualified personel, great housekeeping,...All extremely kind and reatd to offer great support. We will continue our Belmond experiences:-), that is sure.

A truly memorable experience
From the moment we arrived we were totally taken care of. Nothing was too hard . Our room had 2 bedrooms and a main living area flowing onto a 300 sq ft terrace with spa. It worked incredibly well for the 4 of us travelling together. We had so many memorable moments sat on the terrace sharing champagne at the end of each extraordinary day ,overlooking picture perfect gardens and mt Etna .the hotel is superbly located, a private sanctuary yet moments to the town vibrant shops , restaurants and nightlife. We were spoilt for choice with the options of lying by the pool or private beach at the sister hotel . If you’re travelling to Sicily this is the hotel to stay at you won’t be disappointed!! We’re going back next year 🎉

A Grand Experience
Fabulous hotel. Great staff and best concierge. Well located with lots of great excursions, beautiful gardens, amazing views, excellent restaurant and bar. Nothing not to like. Nothing to complain about, which is rare. Highly recommend.

The best staff in the world!
From the moment you enter the Grand Hotel Timeo, you are in the company of staff that truly go above and beyond in all dimensions. The property is full of history and beautiful inside and out, with great food and drink options and opportunities for excursions. We even saw Mt Etna erupting from our patio one night. Will definitely be going back! Quick shout out to Enzo, Fabio, Cristina, Signore Domenico and Pietro for taking extra good care of us.
