South Coast Winery Resort & Spa

Had a great time. The spa was much needed, no complaints. Had been given the wrong room key upon arrival but the staff corrected it quickly. Minor housekeeping items that weren't quite up to par, but overall had a nice stay and would go back. Love the convenience of the resort van, pick up and drop off option.

The grounds, pool area and winery were fantastic! The room ( we had a villa) was very spacious and clean and nicely appointed. All the staff were very friendly as well. My only negative comment is that the room did not seem adequately supplied. There was no hand soap by the sink or liquid soap by the jacuzzi tub. There were not enough hooks to hang your towels in the bathroom. Also, we weren’t informed that if we wanted robes that we had to ask for them! There was a sink but no paper towels or anything to wash out coffee cups or wine glasses with. When called about the soap and robes the front desk sent some out but it took over 2 hours. This was a premium room at a premium hotel and I would expect it to be well supplied and not have to “just call” about everything.

We had a great time introducing our family to wine tasting and indulging in brunch, lunch and dinner on delicious food at the restaurant. The accommodations were wonderful with a lovely view of the vineyard. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Very nice room. Superior service, friendly staff, nice tasting room, good restaurant, nice spa. A great place to hang out with family or friends and drink some good wine. They also provided golf cart transport from hotel to restaurant or spa- very handy. This is my second stay there and I will likely return.

The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, the room was very clean, the dinner and our brunch at the restaurant attached (The Vineyard Rose) was fantastic, friendly staff, and this winery had a great variety of wines. I will definitely be returning!
