Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole

Spectacular. From valet to housekeeping, and front desk to restaurant servers -- the staff was incredible. We unknowingly went during their slow season to celebrate our honeymoon, which turned out to be a benefit for us instead of a downfall. We were able to rest, relax, and reset after a very stressful time of wedding planning. The resort was quiet. The beds felt like heaven, and the in-room body care, Le Labo, was the highlight of, well...perhaps, my entire life. They set up an arrival amenity in our room, which was a sweet gesture. The on-site restaurants were wonderful, and room-service was as well. Housekeeping was top-notch. I can't really say enough positive things -- it was just a magical experience overall and we're grateful for our time there.

Beautiful property, gorgeous location, extremely helpful and friendly staff, they do everything well here. For example, instead of one hot tub that you have to share with a crowd, they have multiple hot tubs so you're more likely to have privacy. And they have heated towels, so you're warm when you get out. Those types of little touches make everything just a bit nicer.

My wife and I had an unforgettable experience celebrating our 5-year anniversary at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole. The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay special. The property itself is stunning, offering both luxury and comfort, with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. I’ve heard the four seasons Jackson is under new ownership/management and let me tell you- it shows! We’ve just returned for a short stay and the hotel is back up to par with the rest of the brand. The food is fantastic, the linens and towels are new, the grounds are pristine and the staff is fantastic. Love the new speakeasy! We are looking forward to our next stay and will be bringing family along with us.

Had an amazing stay with our two teenage sons. The hotel is clean, cozy rooms,Le Labo toiletries and the most comfortable beds. When we entered the room there was a small welcome gift a tray of macaroons. All staff members were very friendly, they will go above and beyond to make sure that us guest feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. Our flight back to LA was at 7am, when we came outside around 5:45am our car was already waiting for us. I really recommend Four Seasons Hotel.
