Had a wonderful time here with my wife. Everything was great from arrival to departure. The beds are as comfortable as anywhere else I've stayed. So comfortable we slept in for our early morning flight! Luckily the night manager was able to quickly scramble and get us a car to the airport at 4:30AM. Fantastic service. Will absolutely return.

My partner and I stayed a night in a King room here and were so happy and comfortable with our stay. The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind, and the room was amazing. We had a third floor room that walked out onto a terrace which was lovely. The scent in our room was immediately great when we entered, and we couldn't get enough of the heated floors in the bathroom and the awesome tub and shower. Beautiful hotel, would stay again in a heartbeat

My partner and I celebrated my birthday at 1 hotel Toronto this past November 3rd and from the moment we stepped into the lobby we could tell this place was special. The lobby is gorgeous and calming, upon check-in we received outstanding service from the staff who were friendly, warm and welcoming. The gentleman working at the door made a point to remember my name, and its little details like that which made the service feel above and beyond outstanding. The same excellent service was received the day we checked-out. As far as the room accommodations we were both incredibly happy with our room, the cedar smell when you walk in is amazing and really sets the tone for a relaxing immersive experience. The bathtub and heated floors melted away the knots in my muscles, room service was fresh, timely and delicious. We finished our stay with brunch at 1 kitchen where I had the perfect eggs Benny. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and accommodations, we will definitely be staying at 1 hotel Toronto again in the future!

I stayed for 2 days and 1 night for a business meeting held at the 1 Hotel Toronto. It was my first time staying here and I was blown away by the care and attention provided by the staff. The rooms were gorgeous, and the food was spectacular as well. Don't think twice. Book your stay. You won't regret it.

Highly recommend! First impressions: Just WOW I had called ahead to know their gym hours (since this hotel is fitting for a Yogi like myself), and a lady called Melida, I believe, answered and I could not get enough of her! She made a great impression and I was even more excited about my stay. From the time that I stepped foot inside, I felt well taken care of. The front desk staff were extremely friendly- my check in was a breeze. And I cannot forget to mention that the decor of the lobby is gorgeous. Room: My room category was called Lounge City King, and it was perfect. The shower pressure was nothing short of amazing, and the bed is heavenly. Overall: The staff are very attentive. It was a lovely first-stay and I will be recommending this property to all of my colleagues who visit Toronto. Kudos to the staff, especially Melida, for gaining a loyal guest :)
