I just checked into One Hotel in Toronto, and I’m already so impressed! Biley at the front desk has been incredible, so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and was so friendly that it set the tone for what’s shaping up to be a great stay. My young daughter and I travelled to Toronto in November for the Taylor Swift concert. As soon as I booked the trip, which was only 2 weeks beforehand, I called the hotel to get in touch with the concierge about potential activities I could do with my daughter for the three days we were there. Robin, the concierge, got back to me with a long list of activities we could do and places we could eat. I went back and forth with him a few times before I even arrived at the hotel. By the time we did get there, I felt like I knew him! Robin went above and beyond during our stay at 1 Hotel Toronto. It actually makes me emotional to write about how great the trip was because it was such a special time for my daughter and I. Robin made us feel like royalty! You would have thought we were the only guests at the hotel-which we definitely were not! The city was so busy and had such a buzz to it! It was amazing! Robin helped us with transportation, activities and difficult to get, last minute reservations. He truly made our trip!! The hotel itself was very nice and had some special events going on because of the concert. It felt a little further from right downtown, yet everything was very easily accessible and we could walk most places. Everyone we encountered was so, so nice and took such great care of us. Robin was truly amazing and from begin to end helped us have the most incredible time in the fabulous city of Toronto! We can’t wait to come back and visit you Robin!!

All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! Dining and bar experiences were amazing! The room was comfortable with all the right touches - robe, slippers, safe, yoga mat, cozy blanket.... and the bedding was the best! Wish I could have stayed longer - it truly felt like a vacation even though it wasn't. Thank you!

I spent Christmas Eve with my girlfriend at this hotel! The reception of the front desk team at 1 hotel is absolutely fantastic. Lyn, Grayden, Alex, Manis They are extremely professional in their manners of serving their customers. All of them provided the service with great kindness. In particular, Lyn and Manis did their best to welcome us, from the moment they entered the hotel to the check-in and the room guide, and our group was touched by that. The dinner at 1 kitchen was also wonderful to us. The dinner here was very delicious and fresh, and dinner team and our server, Abdelaziz, responded to our table with constant interest and kindness. The inside of the hotel is surrounded by nature, and the room has had an experience of being in nature. The room has been kept very clean by the housekeeper. The gym also maintains a very well-organized and pleasant environment. This hotel impressed me with my important anniversary. I am glad to have had such a precious experience, from check-in to check-out.

Beautiful, eco-friendly hotel with next level customer experience. Angelo and staff were amazing and very helpful with getting around town and recommending places to eat. Definitely ask questions because they are there to provide. Will come back soon!
