Lovely hotel
We really loved this hotel. It was quiet and cozy and beautiful throughout and staffs were efficient and kind. Only downside was the old heater that made such loud noise that it was enough to disturb our sleep during the night. We will stay at this hotel again in the future but definitely will be back for warmer spring time so that we don't have to run either AC nor heater during our sleep. Other than that absolutely perfect stay.

Lovely hotel. Great location and amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble especially for Katie in house keeping she was amazing. The location is very central and within walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants and sites. Could not recommend the hotel enough. Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised. Great location.
Beautiful lobby, wonderful staff and great attached restaurant, Alouette Bistro. Had a superb dinner and amazing breakfast. The breakfast add on through the hotel was very worth it! Everything from check-in, valet parking, meals and great room were perfect.

Perfect weekend getaway
This hotel was everything I needed for a perfect weekend escape in the city. The elegant European charm, impeccable service, and unbelievably comfortable beds made it feel like a true retreat. I’ll definitely be back for another relaxing stay!
