IBEROSTAR Playa Alameda Hotel

The hotel is very nice,good service,is my 4 time here,and we loved. Yumi snack bar Yudi snack bar Yurelkis snack bar Yessika Community manager. Thank you for all. Guess service and reception are very good and professional. The lady’s in the lobby bar perfectly attencion.

Tripadvisor took my review down. I.think they don't like when someone is writing truth. We had worse time ever at the Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda. For sure isn't 5* hotel. We will say 2.5 or 3*We are not picky people but the Food was disgusting. For 10 days there we haven't see any chicken. Only pasta, fish, eggs, rice. This is not what we paid for. At the same time was there east Europe neighbors and they were awful. They puked to the swimming pool and they asked DJ to play just their music everywhere. Disco, beach. It was not fair for the rest of the tourist. Rooms are clean but the mattresses and bed sheets need to be buy new one. I won't recommend this hotel and we won't be there back.

Everything about this resort is absolutely great the staff are so kind and will help with anything you might need . We love this resort and will be back here again. I have no complaints about the staff or rooms or the food there is always something to eat. All the staff are very friendly and professional people. The food is very good . I am a really easy going person but we had lots of challenges in this property. First of all the room was not clean enough all the sheets have stain or the blanket smell bad. Second, we saw lots of small cockroaches and one night we saw a veryyyy big one that we called service to send someone to take it out and it took a lot of time until they arrived. My friend had a phobia of cockroaches so we had a tough time there. Service for anything you need in the room is awful it took ages until they follow up your request. Except all the things that happened to us, I forgot to put my purse into the safe box and my purse was into one of my luggage and someone steal money from my luggage , I told the hotel’s security and manager but they could not bring my money back and they told me we trust our employees . Sooo what is the meaning of trust then?? Who steal my money from my luggage?? I know that it was my fault that I did not put my purse into safe box but their employees are not trustable. I have to mention that we found lots of nice and kind ones in the restaurant and bars. But, room service 👎🏻👎🏻

Everything we needed to have a great time. Beach, food, drink and the type of service that makes it all come together. Front desk staff were friendliest and engaged in conversation easily. Lots of tips and ideas of places to see. Thanks again to Judit, Yillion, Wendy and all the beach and bar stsff. Need a ride?Leysester Ortega is your well spoken, knowledgeable driver. Highly recommend you ask him to just drive you around. Going back.
