Outstanding front desk experience with Genesis!
The hotel and resort and spa were amazing! From the front desk, to our beautiful room overlooking the pool and ocean and to all of the wonderful customer service that we received it was outstanding. Highly recommend. It was an amazing experience from the moment we checked in, and I am specifically writing to commend one of the employees at the check in desk named Genesis. We arrived on Thanksgiving day, and she was so incredibly welcoming, attentive, friendly, and just overall amazing! Genesis was the highlight of our stay. She is a tremendous asset to the company and a wonderful benefit for all of the guests that stay there. She made our whole experience! Highly recommend.

Loved this resort
My husband and I spent the weekend here to celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary, and it was perfect. Our oceanfront room was stunning, spacious, and clean. The service throughout the resort was exceptional. We loved being welcomed with a glass of champagne upon arrival, and the staff was consistently attentive. One of the highlights of the trip was the couples massage with Beth and Jenna. They gave us the best massages we've ever had! They were wonderful along with the spa staff. After massages, we had lunch and drinks oceanside on the cabana chairs. The server and cabana attendants were great. We also dined at the resort restaurant one evening. Food and drinks at the resort were excellent! We also visited the resort gym and had fun using the Peloton bikes. There are also plenty of cute shops and restaurants within walking distance to explore. We will definitely be back with the kids or for another adults-only weekend.

Hidden Gem!
Beautiful hotel right on the ocean! Can hear the waves crashing from your room. Great food, drinks, and staff!

Excellent experience
I had a great experience and stay. Will be back again soon. Genesis was extremely helpful. I really enjoyed it. Nicely done ✅ the service at the front desk was super nice too. 👍👍👍👍 The room mess clean and comfortable the sheets were so soft

This hotel / Resort is nice as soon as you drive in
The hotel staff is amazing friendly. Check in was a breeze.They are well staffed and always there to help. Rooms are excellent oceanfront.Fine dinning. Night life. Outdoor tiki bar. It's great place n close to restaurants beach is right there. All you need is within walking distance.
