This hotel will make your heart sing. Literally from the moment you arrive. Magical grounds, beautiful decor, amazing staff and sublime food. The real gem is the water hole. I was mesmerised. I sat at the gorgeous pool and watched the wildlife and felt so privileged to share time with these amazing animals. It is without doubt a hidden gem. Perfect little oasis.

Fabulous spot. The decor in the public spaces is beautiful. Very beautiful grounds, stunning landscaping. Lovely reception on arrival, greeted with a welcome drink and smooth check in process. When I was shown to my room and walked in, all I said was "WOW". Huge room, beautiful decor, huge bathroom, nice patio area, well stocked minibar and bar cart, Even had ice in the bucket, which was a nice touch. Coffee and tea and snacks were provided. The place is very quiet, it overlooks a game reserve and you could see animals in the background. What made this place so nice was the staff. Always received a warm greeting whenever running into any one of them. Nathan in the restaurant is a super nice guy. My housekeeper left a personal note on a chalkboard every day which was a very nice touch. The staff helped me in planning my activities before I arrived so everything was in place from the minute I arrived. The location is outside of town, which I liked so away from the hustle and bustle however there was never an issue with arranging transportation into town or getting to the falls. I highly recommend this hotel. I was not disappointed in anything. I only had breakfast and one dinner there but the food was quite good as well.

I would say perfection on all levels. The place itself is amazing, in the middle of a national park with wild animals walking around and the service is truly impeccable! African hospitality is something else. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so memorable.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Beautiful location with professional staff that made our stay a memorable one. Food and drinks were fantastic. Rooms were clean and serviced to perfection ( by Richard) daily. Possibly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
