Grand Hotel Wien

A beautiful classically opulent hotel. Well placed and with good staff and an old school flavour and charm. I will definitely be back.From the comfortable piano bar to the choice of restaurants, this hotel gives you plenty of choice even before venturing into the wonderful city of Vienna.

The legendary Grand Hotel Vienna, located 400 meters from the Vienna Opera, is well preserved! Pleasant, beautiful interior of the rooms and views from the balcony are mesmerizing! The staff was welcoming and friendly, thank you 🙏🏻 The breakfast was varied with the possibility to order from the menu. Also near the Grand Hotel you can find other main attractions

Just returned from a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were all exceptional especially Walid (concierge) who went above and beyond. He was so professional and kind. My mother, unfortunately had an accident whilst on the trip and the staff were so caring and attentive, even lending us a wheelchair for our stay. The room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel has the friendliest feel I have ever come across and I can’t wait to return. If you are thinking of booking this hotel, do it. You won’t regret it.

Dimitar Kochoski was very attentive to our needs and displayed excellent professionalism. The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is close to the best sites to see. The lobby bar entertainment was first class. Thank you Dimitar!

We have only just arrived for a long stay which we will review when we leave but for now this a particular shout-out to Julian on Reception. We arrived at The Grand last night and Julian was a most attentive, accommodating and professional manager who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. He is the epitome of excellent service. Thank you.
