Grand Hotel Wien

Lovely hotel, lives up to its name, perfect position for sight seeing, we took a day trip to Saltzburg to the Christmas market and city tour with Viator that I recommend The hotel room view was not good, overlooked the glass roof of the mall below which was disappointing, large room with kingsize bed, bathroom with bath and shower over, very clean with nice fittings, lack of tea making facilities, I do not drink coffee which was an issue for me, fresh bottled water daily, dreadful pillows and duvet, seen better days, staff very friendly, nice bar area although very expensive, didn't eat in the hotel, they do expect guests to be attired for dinner which is nice mini bar in room which we didn't use, hairdryer, nice towels

Grand Hotel Wien is an amazing hotel. It is right in the center and has everything you could wish for. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. The stuff is very nice especially Katherina, the receptionist. She is very friendly and communicative.

I visited the hotel on December, and as usual the staff were very friendly and helpful specially Henrike, she helped us in upgrading the room and because of her our stay was very good Also, the concierge team were very friendly and helpful. Thanks grand hotel team

A beautiful classically opulent hotel. Well placed and with good staff and an old school flavour and charm. I will definitely be back.From the comfortable piano bar to the choice of restaurants, this hotel gives you plenty of choice even before venturing into the wonderful city of Vienna.

The legendary Grand Hotel Vienna, located 400 meters from the Vienna Opera, is well preserved! Pleasant, beautiful interior of the rooms and views from the balcony are mesmerizing!
