Great for Resort Pass!

We had a late flight out of Maui and head to check out of our AirBnb, so decided to buy a resort pass for this hotel. It was a wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly, and we loved that we didn't have to pay additional fees for beach chairs and umbrellas. Ordered the burger for lunch and it was delicious. We would love to come back!

Lava flows all day

We haven’t been at this hotel For close to 30 years. We stayed 2 years in a row on our honeymoon and 1st anniversary where the hotel opened before fairmont owned it . Still a great spot..same swim up bar by the slide.. still yummy lava flows . We spent a few days indulging ourselves and enjoying. Great time and just what we needed to wrap a nice trip (are there any other kind ) to Maui . Aloha

Superb hotel. Great location, on the beach. Our room was fantastic. Food excellent and staff first class. This hotel is a must if visiting Maui - you will not be disappointed. It is a big hotel but there is so much space - you never feel that it is crowded.

Absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in luxury and breathtaking views. The service was impeccable; staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable. My husband and I had such a wonderful time. The folks we encountered at the front desk, market, restaurants, and valet were helpful and extremely friendly. We had a minor issue with a housekeeping item, and they fixed it immediately and apologized. We couldn’t be happier. This is a fantastic resort in a beautiful area.
