Best 40th bday
10 out of 10 stay! Excellent massages from Adrian and Mikel and Alexa made the trip memorable. One bedroom suite was well appointed and staff service overall was amazing. Food and beverage server in the VIP pool area was prompt and always checked on us. Can’t wait to come back!

I would definitely recommend this place!
We visited on a time share exchange and this trip exceeded all of my expectations. Our housekeeper Juan David was fantastic and remembered all of our special requests for our week stay there! The 1 bedroom suite was very big with a full kitchen and extremely comfortable bed!

Another great week!
We were at Villa Del Palmar from October 25th through November 2nd. What a terrific hotel! From the food (amazing), to the cleanliness, to the staff, everything was beyond expectations. We wanted to give special thanks to Alonso at Davinos, Jesus at Hiroshi, and Efrain at Caprichos. We had excellent service at these restaurants. The beach staff was amazing, especially Ronan and Benito. Benito was so helpful with suggestions of things to do, where to eat on our excursions, and where to shop. It made our trip even more pleasant. It was a terrific week and we have already booked another week!

Prisciliano is THE greatest waiter My family and I have ever had. He is genuine, kind, and does his job fantastically with zero issues or hesitation, makes time for conversation to talk about the things he loves doing while continuing to stay professional and amazing. This man is a truly beautiful human, even took a picture with him :) I shouldn’t live written this review a long time ago but completely forgot! But I can’t let his work go un noticed because he truly deserves to be talked about.

Can’t reach anyone at the resort!
I booked a stay and tried repeatedly to call the resort to ask a question. I became concerned when I couldn’t get through….ever. I sent an email to reservations and it bounced back because the inbox was full. That concerned me even more and I decided to cancel. When I tried online, I was directed to call or email to talk to someone to process the cancellation. I found the email for a general manager from one of the responses to a complaint here on TripAdvisor and I’ve written there. He has told me someone would reach out to me to make the cancellation so I can get my $1300 deposit back. No one has done so.!
