We visited Grand Cayman for the first time and stayed at the Ritz Carlton. It was a phenomenal vacation and couldn’t ask for better weather and beach. What made the trip amazing was our stay at the Ritz. Each and every employee we encountered was professional, friendly and made you feel appreciated. We had stayed at a ritz in a different island and while we thought the service was great people who stay at ritz Carlton’s regularly said it wasn’t the typical Ritz standards and after staying at the grand cayman Ritz understand what they meant. All of the employees work so well together and were always on point. It also had the best food by the beach that we have had on vacation. While everyone was great two individuals really stood out and made this an extremely enjoyable relaxing trip and looking for ro our next visit. Aliyah Shambekova from the front desk and Leslie/ Fabiola Esquivel from guest relations truly stand out and are great attributes to the hotel. I had spoken with Aliyah before we arrived due to a mistake by Marriott and she was very sweet and helped make our stay enjoyable. Fabiola was amazing in helping us with dinner reservations, excursions and anything else we needed and added some very thoughtful personal touches to the trip. She was extremely responsive even on her day off and looking forward to our next visit.

This was our second visit to the property and we enjoyed the hotel overall. For the price of the property however, including the room and food and beverage there is room for improvement. We traveled with another family who had a similar experience we had. Details matter and are expected at a property like the Ritz Grand Cayman.

This was our 4th visit and we can’t wait to go back! It’s not just the great location, food & restaurants that make us return, for us it’s all about the staff who deliver such excellent and consistent customer service. Everyone you meet greets you, often by name, and asks if there is anything more that they can do to assist. There were lots of surprises and nice touches once again during our stay - they really do know how to surprise and delight their customers. In particular, we’d like to thank the entire Seven breakfast team (especially Rosalyn, Irene, Rushi, OD, Michelle, Chene, James, David, Mufas and Carl). Each morning they made us smile, we had so much fun with everyone and they provided first class service, we felt more like family & friends rather than guests. Likewise to the Saint June Bar team (in particular Irene, Christine, Armand & Timothy) with whom we enjoyed many a lunchtime drink, they were so warm & friendly. We were delighted to meet Anisley in Housekeeping once again. As before she made our stay extra special by looking after us so well. Service on the beach was attentive, helpful and friendly as were the bell boys, front desk & concierge staff. The danger of listing names is that we may miss someone and we would hate to offend anyone. So to all the ladies & gentlemen, thank you all so much for a fantastic stay, you really made our holiday and we look forward to returning.

Another great stay with our family at the Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman. The beautiful setting, facilities and food are amazing, but it is really the employees that stand out and how they go out of their way to accommodate guests. From playing soccer with our boys at Starfish Cay (special thank you to Geoffrey), to taking them on an adventure at night (Ambassadors of the Environment), the amazing gesture from front of house (Tammy and team), Eva at the beach, P at Andiamo (great Italian food and gelato), and housekeeping all made the trip unforgettable. Can't wait for our next stay.

We went to the Ritz in July 2024 and had to leave early because of Beryl. We decided to go back for Spring Break and enjoy a less stressful trip. Both times were excellent experiences actually. We booked a Haven cabana for 3 days this time, and had Patricia for our server. She was excellent. Every bellman, every front desk person, every maid, every waiter was so friendly and helpful. Every time we came back from going out somewhere it was like we were welcomed home. The trouble with a place this expensive is that some people have very high expectations, which may even be unrealistic, and someone it bound to be disappointed. I, however, would say it's an amazing hotel with amazing employees that really do want to give all their patrons the full "Ritz experience". I fully expect other hotels I go to in the future to not measure up to this.
