Amazing peaceful reenergizing weekend. Excellent service, all staff very helpful & always smiling. Suhail restaurant was very good at all levels, Al Falaj restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, not the expected food quality. Overall beautiful resort with exquisite service.

A special thank to our butler Farhan Mohamed and our instructors for the dunes driving. I warmly recommend this place.

We had a very pleasant stay at the resort! The service team left a deep impression with us. They made every effort to ask if the guests are enjoying themselves and if everything is OK. The housekeeping team even went out of their way to craft a goodnight message at our doorstep using sand which is an exceedingly sweet gesture! The waiters Mehraj and Parveen are great when we had our dinner at Al Falaj, so are all the dedicated staff who ferried us in the buggy. They are always serving with a smile and made the guests feel welcome. Finally, a big special thanks goes out to the activity manager, Fatimah, who is very understanding and kind after the mishap in the Polaris activity.

We had a bad arrival experience. We were ushered in and asked for our passports and credit card. No towel, no water, no anything. Please bear in mind this is in the desert after a two hour car journey. The guy who took our passports returned them and disappeared. I had to find a member of staff to ask where we needed to go. This left us feeling a bit underwhelmed on our first day. That evening I received an email asking if my arrival experience and sent back honest feedback. Next morning after breakfast we were met by two managers who were so apologetic. We were then met by the GM who also extended his apologies. They couldn’t apologise enough and said this wasn’t a good representation of the hotel. From then on our perception changed and we did enjoy the rest of our stay. The only reason I have given it four stars is because of our arrival experience. The steakhouse and Arabian experience were both great meals. Everything else during our stay was spot on.

Our second stay was just as amazing as the first! The hotel's attention to detail is impressive. Big thanks to Vitoria and Elias for outstanding service and care for our family. We Appreciate Marc's dedication and expertise at Ezba Farm! 🥰🥰
