Great!
Great experience and Peter was amazing! The overall stay was pleasant and the hotel doorman Peter was kind and friendly.! Will definitely recommend anyone visiting Amsterdam to checkout this hotel. It has good history and the room services were nice as well.

Business and pleasure trip to amsterdam
Hotel in great location. Trams right out the door. Walking distance to museums and restaurants. Friendly staff at desk. Peter the doorman the nicest. Always accommodating and lovely to talk to. Only negatives is there isn't much in tea selections if any in room and lack of communication in restaurant with morning staff. Did not enjoy restaurant for breakfast. My room service dinner however was excellent. Evening bartender and staff very nice. Turndown service in evening very nice. Safe area.

Incredible staff
The hotel was beautiful, but the service even better. All the staff was incredibly polite and helpful and especially Peter! They all made my experience very pleasant and easy! Would definitely recommend it to future travellers. Wonderfully located too!

Excellent hotel in a great locale.
Excellent Marriott property to stay at with warm caring staff and great food. Specifically would like to call out their friendly doorman Peter and restaurant staff Layla for their hospitality! The hotel used to be school (hence the name) and has some quirky Easter eggs as well. Highly recommend if you're looking to stay whilst at Marriott hotel in Amsterdam.

Stunning, elegant, and thoughtful.
My experience at this hotel was so special. The building, rooms, and dining were all superb but it’s the staff that made it so memorable. Fabrizio is so full of life and charm, Raoul, so elegant and accommodating, and Angelina the lovely Italian who keeps everyone in line was made for hospitality! Our interactions with them were so fun, informative, and made a big difference in the mood of my grouchy friend! As a fellow Marriott colleague, thank you and I CANNOT wait to return. One piece of advice to the GM… smile, you scared us! Lol
