The Limelight Hotel

AMAZING! The service was unbelievable. The valet, front desk, restaurant staff and everyone in between were super friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff are wizards- we went out to grab a coffee one morning and our room was already finished when we returned! The lobby is cozy, the Audi experience was a nice perk, and everyone's recommendations were top notch. Hans, Adam and Todd were all great! Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is high class and cozy. I felt very accomodated by the staff but they weren’t overbearing. The room was beautiful. The shower was fantasic and im looking into installing the same one in my home. Breakfast had many options and was incredible. I thouroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon.

We travel quite frequently, including to Aspen. This has been our "go to" hotel for the last couple of years. The location is the best of any hotel in Aspen. We walked out the front door and were within a quarter of a mile of every shop, restaurant, bar, entertainment venue, etc. in town. We were close enough to walk to Aspen Mountain (some of us got rides from the valet) and they provided transportation to and from Snowmass when we decided to explore another mountain. When it was snowing or icy, they brought us anywhere we want to go, even if it was only 100 yards for dinner or shopping. The staff in every department was friendly, helpful, informed and helped us with every need or request we had, which were numerous as we had 6 adults in our group. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport when we left and were very helpful with the numerous bags, skis, boots, etc. Best hotel ever. We are coming back in March and we have already booked our trip for next Christmas!

Our flight got cancelled due to the weather and we were stranded at the airport for 7 hours due to traffic that was caused by a huge car accident. As we arrived to the hotel one of the bellhops grabbed one of our luggage’s from my hands and was trying to keep for some reason as they placed it somewhere else away from all the other luggage’s. I specifically told him to give it back as I then tried to tell him that I was given orders from my parents to place it with our other luggage’s, so that way they all be together, but he just ignored me and then my dad started to yell at me because he was wondering what was taking so long. I then told my dad to stop yelling as I got it under controlled until that bellhop began yelling and said everyone shut up it’s been a long day. I got so annoyed after hearing that from him as I finally grabbed the luggage back from his hands as he looked back at me annoyed. That was so frustrating and never in my life have I ever experienced that before

rooms are excellent, spacious, everyone is friendly. clean , right in the the center of town, 3 min walk to all the fine restaurants. breakfast is terrible, dont plan on eating at the hotel. shuttle service was great to airport and to ski areas.
