We loved our stay at Ayana! The staff were amazing, gracious and so kind. The room was beautiful with a lovely ocean view. Dining was delicious and having the tram to get around was so easy. Special shout out to Sunset bar, Bayu, Tude, Josh and Mika for their attentive service and lovely conversations. One of a kind staff!

Visited the Tevana Garden which was just opened last November 2024. Hendra from the Ayana Kids Club was assigned to me as a guide on a lovely Sunday morning. He is a very talented guide, sharing the history, background and explaining the different attractions in the garden. I truly recommend this activity if you are staying at the resort, thank you Bli Hendra!

I recently held our event at AYANA Resort Bali, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The venue provided the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, making our event seamless and memorable. The hospitality we received was top-notch, and the AYANA team ensured that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The catering was exceptional, with a diverse menu that impressed our guests. A special highlight was the exquisite dessert created by Chef Pram, which added a unique and delightful touch to our event. I would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Banquet team, especially Pak Dedy, Pak Laba, Pak Gede, Pak Suardika, and the entire team, for their dedication and hard work in ensuring every aspect of the event was flawless. Additionally, our heartfelt thanks to Bambang Nugroho and Cynthia, who supported us every step of the way, from the initial planning to the successful execution of the event. Your professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment made all the difference. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning for future occasions.

We expected a peaceful relaxing time booking the Palace upgrade. Alas small children, unreasonable guests and broken air conditioning in the bedroom meant a very unsatisfactory stay. Had I not paid in advance I'd have looked for another hotel. The Palace area is not 'policed' so the pool is used by other guests, sun loungers too. There are signs saying just for Palace guests, but no one takes notice of them. People selfishly reserve numerous sun beds from early morning, some in the sun some in the shade. One obnoxious woman thought she was totally entitled to reserve 2 sunbeds at 07.00 and not use them til 15.00. A single person 'reserving' 4 sunbeds every day. The staff are all very friendly and smile a lot but many do not have a service culture and do not see that when clearing one table of empty glasses that the table next also has empty glasses so this should be cleaned at the same time. They cannot be trained properly. There appears a distinct lack of management. There are call bells on tables to order items but in our experience, none of them worked. I needed a quiet room to work and unfortunately we had noisy neighbours so the hotel kindly moved us to a quieter suite that initially was appreciated. However the air conditioning didn't work properly and despite a number of techical visits it was never fixed. Speaking to other guests this was not a unique issue as they had the same problem with the air con. The grounds are great, the food is OK but there are major issues with this hotel. The management know about these issues and no doubt I will get a reply from the hotel about how everything is being done and thanking me for bringing these to their attention. Hoever I feel that nothing will be done. It's probably just too expensive. I paid a considerable amount to stay at the property, expecting a relaxing and restful time, I never got it. I stayed for 9 days. 7 days too long. I have visited 141 countries, traveled to all 7 continents, and experienced many different hotels around the world. This is the first time I have ever wanted to leave a hotel.
