Well, it started all that we are living in Kempinsky, so decided to check what St Regis can offer especially when I’m Gold Elite member from Marriot. So we took our friends and two couples just walki-in experience. So what’s happened next was beyond my imagination. Firstly - no one welcomes you, no staff telling you where reception or anything else. Okay, sometimes it happens. Then we started discussion that I would like to check the amenities, pool, bar, spend some time in bar and decide shall we move from our hotel to St Regis, cause we have still 2 months left on Bali. So - three persons on the reception told me that I’m not able to check amenities or spend time and order drinks in bar area, it doesn’t matter that I’m gold elite member (still question why do I need this status if it’s useless and no one wants to see me in Marriot) and I should take a room firstly. Long story short I tried to speak with Anyone from management team, like F&B manager, supervisor, GM but no one was able to talk with me based on those three persons in the lobby. So I would say - guys - this was my worst experience visiting Marriot especially with St Regis level. Especially when no one willing to help or even listen. No worries St Regis Bali, we will never be at your place, thanks to other great hotels around. Good luck with such policies, service and customer experience.

WILL COME BACK AGAIN!!! here to attend my partnert wedding, but had fun and memorable experience to stay here! the staff very helpfull, kindly. The food superr delicious!! The room is very cozy and luxury because we had sea view!! will come back again!❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful hotel with an amazing sand beach. It has a great location on the island as well being close to Uluwatu. Great facilities and restaurants, I would particularly recommend Kayuputi, and top service from the waiters to the concierge team. Would recommend for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday

One of the best experiences we had in a while. It’s our favorite St.Regis for sure. The service is out of this world. All of the employees are special and they have only one common goal to make you feel special. I do want to give special recognition to Asep and his team who went out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for us.

This year, I visited St. Regis twice. I was very disappointed with the flowers in the lobby. They are no longer white. Especially this Christmas, I was shocked by the flowers in the lobby, which suddenly became tacky and unattractive. I usually take photos in the lobby because it’s always so beautiful and minimalist. But this time, it was really tacky.
