Everithing was amazing
All the hotel staff was amazing, i was also blessed to visit the hotel in march when welness practitioner Reny was visiting. She is amazing profesional in her own field, i felt so much love during the chakras practice. Totaly recommend her for people interested in the wellness journey!

Beautiful beach and sea sand ....
Its a beautiful, luxury hotel with a rooms and private villas with the great clean beach! Service is amazing! Beautiful nature around, peacful , amazing sunrise! There is Water sport activity under this hotel- snorkeling , surfing, sailing. Actually was surfing there. Great helpful guys in water sport activity! One guy who guide me is Tamtam name, he is local and professional.

Seamless experience with luxurious service
Amazing short experience at The St. Regis Bali Resort on the 22 Feb 2025. We are traveling with 2 kids this time. The genuine care provided by everyone makes our staycation so memorable. They were so friendly and professional & always greet the guest using the guest name. From the moment we arrived at the main gate, the security was so polite and helpful. The buggy driver, dewa also offer an assistance to pick us up at the motor bike parking area. Smooth checked in handled by Aya with friendly manner and she reconfirm every single detail based on the information provided by reservation team in the system. She also gaves free ice cream coupon for children at Deli. Thanks to Revenue and Reservation team (herling, made, rina, ani) who already noted every single details of my family information in the system. We've got professional butler, Ernie who always take care our request during our stay. She was clearly explain everything during resort tour & she took care of our children upon arrival and also offered hotel chocolate to make children happy. The suite room was perfect, outstanding, spacious, comfy and overlooking to the beach. Except welcome fruit basket in the room, we received another surprise in the room (kids amenities) with personalize welcome card for children. After few minutes, the butler team (widana) came to the room brought another gift for us (variety of cookies). The housekeeping team also came to the room to offer turn down service at that time. It seems everyone was really taking care of us during our staycation. We also ordered private dining for kids meals and it was delivered to the room on time by dharma, He even gaves extra bread. The fitness center was so tidy handled by Pak komang who are so friendly. In the morning, We also went to Boneka Restaurant to enjoy the amazing buffet breakfast. The staff at Boneka was fabulous. During breakfast time, We also received another surprise from Pak Didik for the kids. It was special dessert (ice cream) prepared by Chef for the kids. We went to the swimming pool to enjoy the kids pool. The pool staff at pool bar was really instinctive, he was set up pool towel at cabana and provide the complimentary cold mineral water and face mist for us as the weather was really hot at that time. Upon check out, we accidentally left kids T-shirt in the room, we tried to reach out Ernie via WhatsApp and asked her help to check with the team. Unfortunately she was in her day off, however she did extra effort to inform this issue to the team to find out the item. Finally we've got the item and it was kept at the front desk safely. We came back to the hotel to take the item and surprisingly the team keep the item in the st regis paper bag and they also gave another surprise for us. It was wellness gift (green tea oils, soap, essence oil, body lotion, etc). It makes our short staycation so unforgettable. This is the real luxury service for 5-Star hotel. Big thank you for all the staff at The St. Regis Bali who made the house of Astor alive!!

Worth every 5 star review!
After seeing a plethora of 5star reviews for the St Regis, I did wonder, is it really as good as people are saying? The answer is 100%! This hotel probably has the best service I have ever experienced. The members of staff couldn’t do enough for you. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. The loungers are relaxing and plentiful. Our pool villa room was beautiful with the most comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. All the restaurants were of a good standard. We would definitely return.
