Fantastic staff in the restaurant and concierge !
We have a fantastic stay in Bayan tree even though I booked the wrong room. The room we stayed in is quite small for us and the floor was too slippery for our child, but all staff made up for it. We enjoyed our breakfast and restaurant staff were fantastic. The concierge staff also helpful and full of knowledge! We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful Hotel in Bangkok. Nice staff and room.
My booking is room with club lounge also includes Breakfast. I got room on 58th floor. The Room is spectacular view. Restaurant and Club Lounge is busy during high season. Virtigo and Moon bar is awesome. Mr. Jinho is helpful and great service mind.

Very nice and hospitable team that make sure that your stay is comfortable. IM Premika, Mr VIT Mr Man James ,Maida, thank you all. Lovely restaurants, specially saffron amazing Thai food. Specially thanks to Ghun and pachi for airport transfers.

Great service from Toey and Jeff!! The food is soo delicious especially the pad thai, Ambiance is so perfect. I luv the chocolate cake. I also really luv the mango sticky rice. I had so much fun with my family. Much much appreciated the birthday greetings for me😘😘😘

Mains - tried the roasted pepper pork! 🤤 TOEY and JEFF delivers exceptional service! Top notch!!! The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
