El hotel es increíble, la atención desde que llegas hasta que te vas es excelente. Los desayunos incluidos son de muy buena calidad. Habitación superó nuestras expectativas. Atención en habitaciones desde que llegas, agua cada vez que pedíamos, detalles todos los días. La ubicación cerca de todo. Volvería sin duda

My experience was excellent. Efficient and pleasant staff, would recommend highly as the place to stay while in Barcelona. The breakfast was great , wide variety of food, rooms super clean and had everything you would need, just loved everything.

Fuimos de fin de semana con los amigos a conocer un poco más la ciudad. La estancia maravillosa, las habitaciones equipadas y el equipo de recepción nos atendió siempre con una sonrisa y muy amables en todo momento. Volveremos y lo recomendaremos.

Todo bien pero lo mejor fue el servicio de recepción , fuimos a hacer unos días de vacaciones unos amigos , y nos gustó la experiencia y el trato , la ubicación muy bien para el transporte público y las habitaciones genial en limpieza , volveremos

Superb location and great lobby staff
The hotel was in a great location and was walking distance to a lot of attractions like Gaudi's Casa Batllo. Sergio Berriozabal in the front lobby was amazing, he was a Concierge and Bell Captain and Tourist Guide and Greeter rolled into one. He was usually on duty as we entered and left the hotel and he was always helpful and extremely friendly. He made our stay at this hotel enjoyable and memorable.
