We stayed here for a night after our wedding and had the best time. We were upgraded to a cottage and were truly spoilt with the kindest bottle of champagne left in our room. The service across the hotel was some of the best I’ve ever experienced and the food was also delicious. Unfortunately the spa was under renovation but our room was so perfect to relax in - from a huge bath to a brilliant fire which we lit.

Our flight to Dublin for a weekend was cancelled due to a storm so we took a cab from Heathrow to Coworth Park instead. We first came here many years ago and we forgot how lovely it is - what a great decision! The team here make you feel so welcome, and my birthday was very memorable. Special thanks to Jamie Fletcher who was really kind to us. We also managed to get a very last minute table at Woven by Adam Smith which was amazing. A huge thank you to Arne for looking after us so well.

Stayed here last night with friends as we’d driven a couple of hours from north of London to dine at Woven (reviewed separately) Coworth feels big and a bit corporate for a country house hotel for my taste (I think it’s that central spiral staircase which I just felt a bit 90s and jarring, (that’s me being weird I know) Nonetheless it is a lovely hotel Nicely appointed bar, lounge and bedroom Bedroom was a bit stuffy even with the ac doing its best Didn’t use the pool / spa facilities (some of which is being refurbed) and it was too wet to take a stroll What I can say though is the staff were great The bar staff were super friendly and make a mean cocktail Oliver and Blake who welcomed us were clearly hardworking and charming Enjoyable stay - thank you

Welcomed warmly on arrival by doorman who saw us coming down path from the car park with our luggage and immediately came up and took it from us and delivered it to the room while we checked in. This standard of service was maintained throughout our stay. Reception efficient and welcoming and wished my wife happy birthday , their system for tracking such events worked well as this greeting was made whenever we initially used one of their facilities e.g bar , restaurant. Taken to room which had an excellent view over the gardens and the extensive grounds . Room compact but comfortable . Nice touch as there was a happy birthday chocolate cake awaiting . Plenty of cupboard space . Heating and lighting systems easy to understand unlike some hotels we have stayed in. Somewhat complicated set up in bathroom. The main part had the hand basin and bath and there were two compact side "alcoves " one with the toilet and one with the shower. Good selection of toiletries .Super king size comfortable bed so I slept well ( my wife never does so in a bed she is not used to ). Liked the header for the bed designed to look like branches of a tree. Well stocked mini bar which we didn't use. One quibble their TV channel only has the legacy left wing news channels i.e BBC , Sky , ITN and not GB News which now has higher viewing figures than the old stuff. Will do separate reviews for Woven and the Barn but very happy with both. The Barn is some distance away from the main hotel but the doorman will take you there in a buggy. Bar and lounge area comfortable. On Thursday night a good pianist/singer. Garden nicely decorated with Christmas lights. Even though the estate is very large it is well maintained . Check out went efficiently. Luggage taken to our car.

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From start to finish the service was incredible as was the food, the rooms and the whole experience. From the moment you arrive 5* service received. My room was amazing, the bath of dreams so had a lovely soak and biggest shower head so that woke me up in the morning! Dinner at the Stables and food was exceptional, again as was the service. The grounds are extensive and beautiful, especially so at this time of year with the autumnal colours. All of the staff were just so attentive and treated us as valued guests. I can't recall all names, but special mention to Jamie, Gary (Security) and Dave who helped me during my visit. Will for sure be returning but also dining at The Stables as I live fairly local and able to dine without being a guest of hotel. Will try and get back for dinner over the festive season as i am sure it will look even more fabulous.
