Fairmont Copley Plaza

My colleague and I have been staying at Fairmont every year when we attend the Harvard Medical School conference. We needed to arrive earlier than usual due to the upcoming snow storm last week. We were welcomed and were able to check into a very comfortable room right away, which we appreciated very much after the stressful drive through Berkshire mountains. The facility is always beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location cannot be better. In sum, A+! We’ll be coming back to stay At Fairmont Copley Plaza!!

My daughter and I were in town from NY for her volleyball tournament. The city is beautiful clean and everyone is so friendly. The hotel was the icing on the cake. So magical! Our favorite part was Cori the hotel dog! We will be back!

We stayed at this gorgeous hotel for one night to attend a wedding on the property. We received a room upgrade which was a very nice surprise! The room was beautiful and very clean ( with the exception of toothpaste splatters on the bathroom wallpaper around the sink area). The bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with good amenities including robes, Nespresso and tea. One odd thing was that there were no charging outlets for phones near bedside tables. Overall a very good experience. Check in and check out were smooth and easy.

My wife and I are NY Ranger Fans (don't hold that against us :-) and we went to Boston this past weekend to see the Rangers lose to the Bruins! We stayed at our favorite hotel, The Fairmont Copley, and had another amazing stay. Everyone at this hotel is incredibly nice and helpful and makes you feel very welcome. We stayed in a beautiful King Suite room with a huge separate living room and felt like royalty! We only left the hotel to go to the hockey game and stayed for the rest of the weekend in the hotel! We ate (and drank) at the Oak Room, which is really cool and the food is excellent. So are the drinks. Anyway....just can't say enough about how great this hotel is! We will be back!

You know what makes a hotel special? The location, the amenities, the bar and restaurant(s) etc...but what makes a hotel spectacular is the people. Ashley M and Samantha G are incredible and offered the best service and care. When you travel you hope for a nice area of the city and a nicely appointed room, which the Fairmont Copley Plaza offers, but to have all that combined with the attention to detail and level of kindness by it's staff is what makes people want to stay at a hotel again and again.
