Marriott Mena House, Cairo

I loved this hotel!! I felt like I was treated like royalty at every turn. The balcony doors were helpful to me as I am very chemically sensitive but the hotel did a great job to accommodate my special needs so the balcony door was just a bonus for fresh air! The grounds are so expansive and there is lots to see and do. We did not want to leave the magnificent surroundings.

Waking up to the breath-taking sights of the Pyramids from our room was an experience we will never forget. The atmosphere at Mena House was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Suzy from guest relations who was kind and professional, happy to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning was delightful. Amal and Mohamed were always attentive and friendly. We really appreciated the effort put in to make every meal and experience so special. The food was fantastic, always fresh and probably the best breakfast selection I have experienced. With outstanding service, an amazing team, great food and unbeatable views, i highly recommend staying here whilst in Giza.

What a fantastic place, the view, the gardens, the pool all were fantastic. Staff were first class couldn’t do enough for you, Miss Dunya and Habiba were very helpful. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were great. We have been coming to Egypt for 22 years and this was the first time at this lovely hotel. We won’t be staying anywhere else from now on.

We picked The Marriott Mena House in Giza as we wanted to be very close to the pyramids and the new Cairo museum. The hotel and grounds were gorgeous on all counts especially hospitality. Marwan, hotel guest services met us on arrival. We were led to our room where we checked in and found the most incredible direct view of the pyramids filling our window. For the 4 nights of our stay we enjoyed their beautiful outside ding area over looking the pyramids. There was always someone available to make sure you had what you needed. Transport from the hotel was easy to arrange and professional. Now is the time to visit Egypt as they want tourism! This is a very fascinating country that is safe, comfortable and very happy to see you. Smiles always work. Marwan was there to make sure we had what we needed as we headed to the airport. Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The entire property is so nice and well maintained. It is right beside of the pyramids and has some of the best views. We felt very safe and were treated so well by all the friendly staff. Everyone was so willing to help us. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
