Reviews for Hotel Bellevue Cogne

Refined Luxury in the Mountains.

We stayed for two nights at this marvellous hotel in mid September. We were greeted as we pulled into the car park and made to feel very welcome. We had a lovely room that was very comfortable indeed. The staff were excellent in all respects and we very much enjoyed the food we had. The Spa was excellent as were the staff there. We are regulars at Relais and Chateaux hotels and this was amongst the very best we have experienced. Cogne is a beautiful village and we will definitely return to the Bellevue sometime in the future. Thank you. Trevor and Patricia Rodwell.

Lovely hotel and spa with stunning views

We stayed a night at this beautiful place. We were very nicely welcomed by Julia and the very friendly staff wearing pretty uniforms. The room was beautiful overlooking the mountains with large balcony. Very comfortable room and sitting area . Large walk in wardrobe.Safe was way too small for any computer or camera equipment. Bathroom was beautiful with bath and great amenities. It lacked a proper illuminated make up mirror. I was disappointed with no tea or coffee making facilities but had some nice welcome goodies. The spa was lovey with 2 pools and plenty of steam rooms, jacuzzi etc… I had a wonderful massage which was very relaxing. The food was very good in the main restaurant and friendly staff and very helpful, Didn’t have breakfast as it started at 745 which was a bit late for us but they had arranged for something the night before. We left with a gift of local delicacies and a book . Perfectly situated in the centre of Cogne and a very relaxing place to be and felt we were well looked after.

Amazing stay

Wow! We stayed in the room called "Angel's Nest". It was beyond our expectations. Laura and her staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was furnished beautifully. We had an amazing time and look forward to staying here again when we return to Italy. We also ate at several of the affiliated restaurants. The service and food were wonderful. The breakfast onsite was also exceptional. The spa staff was great and the pools and saunas were an added plus.

beautiful establishment, familial and cosy where the management cares

We stayed 3N/4D for my wife's birthday. From Reservations to check out, we had a very nice time during our stay. Staff are overall smiling and all courteous and polite. Housekeeping lady was extra nice and did her job very well, we barely saw her but the work was done every time we were out. smooth. Room was very pretty and cosy. Good soundproofing windows but the noise from the corridor or next room was quite present. and woke us a few times at night. We tried all 3 restaurants of the hotel, the Brasserie and the Bar a fromage were both a nice experience with good food and very nice staff. we had a great time. We were a bit disappointed by the food experience in the fine dining, even if the staff was perfect, our comments were taken into account and they did their very best to offer us a nice stay after that, we did appreciate. Even the owner spoke with us (we did not ask for it). A place who cares is a good place to come back. The SPA is outstanding. Bellevue is a place to return again and again. It was our 3rd time, it wont be the last.

Exceptional and Charming Hotel and Spa!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed July 25, 2023

What a delightful and charming hotel and spa! They have one of the most unique (and large) spas I've ever seen! So many different pools! We had a lovely, spacious room with a balcony, that faced the majestic mountains. Breakfast buffet had so many delicious options. Comfortable beds. The hotel is a quick 5 minute walk into town.

The Hotel Bellevue is situated on a beautiful meadow with views of the magnificent Alps. It was charming, with a warm, welcoming staff. We were quickly shown our very comfortable room, with Jacuzzi and porch with a view. I would recommend (and have recommended) this hotel to many friends, and my husband and I hope to return soon.

Hotel Bellevue is a TRUE gem. I have lived in Italy for many years, so am familiar with many harder to find treasures, and I still watch the auctions all the time to see if Hotel Bellevue is back. It's an exceptional value. The rooms are stunning and should be granted some 5 star luxury status. The hotel is full of family treasures and nothing is locked up – there is artwork and antiques everywhere. It feels like a time capsule from the '20s and '30s, with all the modern conveniences anyone could imagine. Comfort, function and charm all together, with panoramic views. And the surround area is amazing as well. It was such a great experience – the wonderful owners deserve to know that every detail that they have painstaking struggled to keep as it always was, was not missed by me.
