Lovely hotel in the heart of everything. Plenty of bars, restaurants and bars in the area. 30 minutes from DFW. Comfy beds, quiet when it needs to be and good food makes it a good choice when travelling. Staff and friendly and very accommodating

What an incredible experience for my daughter’s 23rd Valentine’s Birthday weekend!! Tristan, The Hotel Manager, helped me in planning the room and champagne as a surprise drink the moment my daughter walked into the door. Hands down the best experience and we will book again at Hotel ZaZa Dallas the next time we are in town! Thank you, Tristan!!

Absolutely stunning experience! The ambiance was enchanting, and the staff were incredibly attentive. Rooms are lavish with unique decor, creating a dreamy atmosphere. Dining options were exquisite, and the pool area felt like a tropical escape. Truly a five-star gem, perfect for a getaway!

Hotel ZaZa in Dallas is the only place we’ll stay when we’re in town. After staying in the parlor rooms, suites, Bungalows and 5 of Magnificent 7 rooms, we’ve never been disappointed. The mini bar is fully stocked with cool snacks, drinks and alcohol, if you so chose. The rooms are uniquely appointed and I always find something added from the previous trip. ZaZa has one of the best and fastest room service menus of any hotel in the world. While the menu isn’t large or complicated, I can assure you you’ll find something for everyone. Every dish we’ve ever had is delicious. Especially the volcano fries! The front desk people are so friendly and make us feel like we’re part of the family. Madison is one in particular who stands out. While they don’t have smart TV’s per se, there’s a way to stream shows from apps on your phone pretty seamless. We had a tech guy come to our room to help us once and i figured it out from then on. The Dragonfly bar is super cool and has vast liquor options. The pool is such fun in warmer weather and enjoyed by bachelorette parties, etc. The hotel also has a posh SUV with a longhorn on the front that’ll drive you to nearby restaurants. The valet and greeter people out from are our favorite!! If your travels take you to Dallas, stay at Hotel ZaZa and check out the packages that include bar, food and valet credit (great deals!) or upgrades because you can stay in a +650sqft room for $100 more, on some days. Oh, last but not least, they are dog friendly for well-behaved dogs and have treats for dogs and adults at the counter!

Had an amazing stay with the wife and friends , Madison at the front desk made our trip unforgettable! She went over and above again! She is definitely one of the nicest and most helpful person I’ve ever experienced at any hotel ever! Awesome large clean room, friendly staff. Will be back very soon!
