Really Solid Hotel
Wonderful hotel. Extremely nice, welcoming and professional staff. Great and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice bar. Solid gym. Really good location in Uptown. A lot of food and coffee options within walking distance. Highly recommend for solo travelers, families, couples, business trips, etc.

Always a wonderful relaxing stay!
Hotel ZaZa is my “go to” when in Dallas. The rooms are spacious (large!) and CLEAN! Staff is always kind, gracious and helpful. On this last trip I was traveling solo. Always makes me cautious. No one yelled out my room number etc…staff (valet, bellman and front desk) very politely mindful. The staff treated everyone like a dignitary. Their interactions with other guests were as kind and professional as they were with me. Can’t beat getting Tootsie Rolls at check in and a Moon Pie with water in a glass bottle on their turn down service!! I did miss the hot tamales they usually have! Fresh baked cookies in the afternoon by the elevator are always delicious! Highly recommend visiting Hotel ZaZa!

Relaxing and peaceful trip
We have such a wonderful experience everytime we come here. Everyone is so friendly, and helpful. It is always a very peaceful and relaxing time. Valet is always so nice and accommodating. Especially Juan. He was very helpful and professional.

Great Event Space
The wine company I work for had our annual national sales meeting at Hotel Zaza. The atmosphere was wonderful. We were greeted with a glass of champagne. The beds were clean and comfortable and the water pressure was luxurious. I loved grabbing a glass of wine and some food at the bar. I loved the Brussels sprouts app. We had several meals catered by Hotel Zaza and the food was delicious and intriguing. The doorman was my absolute favorite because he was so positive, warm and welcoming. I felt like he was part of our team.

Totally Amazing Hotel that Breaks the Typical Mold
There is a fantastic atmosphere in the rooms, and restaurant, and centrally located in Dallas! Best Fitness center for a boutique hotel. The food was killer the wine list was priced well and the variety was solid. We had a business meeting with 80 people and the service was five stars!
