Randi was the best!!
Randi took the best care of us at the bar! We were in town for a family get together and she made us have the most fun and her warm hospitality was the best! We will be back. The dogs loved it as well! The martinis and the cocktails were phenomenal as we have come to expect from Ritz Carlton.

Randi at Raya Bar was amazing!!!
When we arrived at the Laguna Niguel Ritz-Carlton with my family, I needed some help walking, and Randi was the first employee to hold her hand out to me. She made great eye contact, was very personable and welcoming. Great personality! The rest of my family was here and was also very impressed with her service. If we could give her 10 stars we would. She goes above and beyond for her guests. She made us feel like family.

I visited recently for my Birthday and stayed for 5 nights, fantastic experience, the best birthday ever. When I got to my room there were ballons, vine, charcuterie board, happy birthday card, I felt incredible!! Hotel is absolutely gorgeous, high ceiling beautiful rooms with huge balcony. Taikun Omakase ~ incredible experience, delicious & beautiful, Adrian made my birthday special, millions of thanks! The special THANK YOU to Noah at front desk, he is the best ever!! Coming back soon, exited to have incredible stay again!

Beautiful property and Great Service
We had a three night stay at the Ritz for an art show. This resort is top notch. The location is serene with enchanting views and a beautiful pristine beach a few steps away. The rooms are well appointed though not over the top. The service was consistently superb and the turndown service refreshing in a time when housekeeping isn’t even a given. The valet was great and included fully charging our electric car. As a Lifetime Titanium Elite we were upgraded to an ocean view. All in all this resort is amazing. It’s so close to Los Angeles but feels like a world apart.

Great stay but …
What a wonderful property along the ocean. We stayed with an ocean front room in the club level. Diane, Penni and the rest of their team were amazing!! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and down to Dana Harbour along with visiting the Lantern District at night. Tip; be sure to get an ocean front room if you have the budget…otherwise a pool view is great. Stay in 3rd or 4th floor… wonderful sunset views from your ocean front balcony.
