I would like to express my gratitude to the management for listening to customer feedback and promptly working to make improvements. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, especially the atmosphere and the well-maintained gardens, which create a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The swimming pool is stunning and can certainly be considered a highlight of the hotel. The breakfast is delicious, and the chef is very accommodating in adjusting dishes to suit guests’ preferences. Overall, the hotel is excellent, and congratulations on being awarded as a Michelin 2 Keys Hotel.

My fiancée and I had a truly special stay at the Sarojin Hotel, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, making everything feel effortless. The highlight of our trip was a beautiful proposal by the waterfall, and the hotel's attention to detail really made it unforgettable. The food was excellent, particularly the breakfast, and we loved spending time at the private beach and by the pool. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The secluded location added to the peaceful atmosphere, which was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were always helpful, whether it was organizing taxis or offering local advice, and we felt very well looked after. We can’t wait to come back for another stay.

Outstanding. Even in the best hotels, you sometimes have to ask for something. Nothing important, a teaspoon at breakfast, some more water etc. No problem as nowhere is perfect, or so we thought until we stayed here. Not a single thing was overlooked and the service was amazing. Every single member of staff, from the GM to the gardeners, were helpful, friendly and genuine. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. A special place staffed by special people. The owners should be proud of the place they and their staff have created. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We recently stayed 9 nights at The Sarojin as a newly engaged young couple. I can honestly say it was the most tranquil and well thought out experience I have ever had! Food - the sarojin excel - both restaurants are very high quality and have a range of very well though out dishes. Accommodation - Unbelievable, the Sarojin have beautiful residences which offer privacy and comfortability, they keep everything very clean and cater to more than your every need. Service - This was where we were blown away, the staff really do care about you and will go the extra mile at every opportunity. After a couple of days it seemed every staff member knew our name and you were always greeted with a smile - 20/10 Overall - the most fantastic place I have ever been, they really offer an unbelievable service and will have thought of things you would not even consider. We will be returning, I have recommended to many friends and family and would highly recommend this to anyone considering a relaxing visit to Thailand.

The best hotel I could imagine the views are amazing the facilities also and the staff are so nice and kind I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is so varied and good and you can find anything you want and there are also a lot of fresh juice that you can drink.
