Great resort! Wonderful atmosphere! Gym is clean and has good equipment! Great views! Good walking path! Nice hot tubs and pool area! Valet and check in staff are welcoming. Food could’ve been better and sauna wasn’t open late but everything else was great.

We recently stayed at the Everline Resort for a medical conference. We have been going there every year for this conference and this year the hotel was horrible. First of all, it is expensive to stay there. Our room at the end of the hall had a beautiful view of the Resort chair lift and the Olympic Valley but it was a terrible room. It was a lock off room sandwiched between two rooms. We could hear the people in the room next door cough and talk. We had to turn up the tv to drown out the noise. I called the front desk which took a long time as they don't answer the phone in a timely manner, to complain. I said we couldn't move the room as my husband was in a conference. The man said he could do nothing. He said to call the manager on Saturday. I did call and speak to a woman at the front desk on Saturday and she said someone would call me concerning the situation. No one called! The customer service is pathetic and the hotel has gone downhill. They used to have fruit water at the reception area and they took that away, now they sell tiny metal bottles of water for $5.00. The resort is old and needs to be remodeled. On top of that, I ordered room service for breakfast and it was cold and not good. It cost $45.00 which was outrageous. When we checked out, I complained and the man said there was nothing he could do. Really, it used to be a great place to stay when it was The Resort at Squaw Creek but now it is an awful place to stay that is over priced!

The resort is beautiful with a heated pool and hot tub, waterfall, and an area to play games, or you could sit by the fireplaces and stargaze. The pillows were the most amazing ones that I have slept on you will definitely enjoy these. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Everyone made recommendations for food and places to go for sight seeing which were amazing!! Great weekend getaway. I can't wait to see it when there is snow.

I was charged the early check-in fee despite the fact that my conference organizer had previously arranged for the early check-in without the fee. This information somehow did not manage to trickle down to the front desk person who was checking me in. In addition to this stay, I had stayed at Everline last year, as well, and had another experience that should not happen in a hotel that cares about its guests. At checkout, I inadvertently left behind in the room a pair of suit pants. I realized this a few hours after leaving, and called the hotel immediately, hoping to connect with someone who can help me reunite with the pants. I was channeled to an impersonal outside service for lost-and-found, which was of no help whatsoever. In subsequent days, I had made several attempts to reach the hotel directly and be connected to someone who could help locate the missing pants. No response and no success. Again, it was my mistake to have left the pants behind, but a hotel that truly cared about its guests would have had a process in place for the cleaning staff to immediately notify the guest about an item left in the room after checkout; and to help the guest reunite with the item.
