As we arrived at the front entrance the staff were lovely and very helpful and kind. Our check in was fast and the room very comfortable. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Had a swim, sauna and steam in the morning - lush! American Bar was the highlight for us - a delight of senses!

Impeccable service. Discrete, attentive, anticipating your every need. Outstanding food, unbelievably good cakes! 9 suppose if you want to know how much it costs, then you probably can't afford it. But it is very special. It needs to be at £218.50 for two.

Impeccable and personal service, somehow it seemed every highly attentive staff member in the hotel knew my name. As an anecdotal example of the level of service my daughter left something at the (fabulous) pool one morning, I have no idea how they knew who's it was but on returning to the hotel after a day in London it was promptly returned literally as we arrived at our room. My wife rated the spa treatments the best she has experienced. The hotel itself is glorious throughout particularly the grand entrance. I couldn't recommend the Savoy highly enough, expensive yes but my word it's a lovely hotel and the service second to none

We had afternoon tea at the Gallery and it was an amazing experience with Kruthi. She was incredibly kind and made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back for afternoon tea and highly recommend the experience. Thank you Kruthi for making this a tea to remember!
