Starhotels Rosa Grand

My girlfriend and I visited from New York City over Xmas/New Years and I must admit...I am so impressed with the service at Rosa Grand that I came to leave a review. I can be a "tough" traveler with very high expectations. Admittedly I made a few mistakes on our reservation including providing the wrong billing info and leaving an item in the room after we left. Rosa Grand's service in helping me was flawless - they responded very quickly and always with solutions. They rectified each issue despite me (maybe) being a bit of a pain. Additionally, the location is great for visiting the high-end stores, Duomo, and generally getting around the city easily. The location is very central. Also - I'd recommend the cocktails in the bar in the lobby as an "easy" drink before going out an exploring the neighborhood.

The room was SUPER HOT we couldnt sleep well at all and sweating all the time. This was my first and last time i choose this hotel. The main problem was that there is no air at all! Imagine that i would like to relax and sleep well in a HOTEL but the room is like that! and when we asked the reception they said that all the rooms like that and there's no available room to transfer for. but they gave us a fan.

Not a star hotel, booked a delux room but it was small and not very delux! I’ve stayed in Milan before and this is the worst hotel in food quality and accommodation. The reception and concierge staff were the only positive of this hotel. Recommend to avoid this hotel

An excellent 4 Star room, clean with a polished timber floor. A friendly staff. Loved the hotel until right this moment. It’s after 11 pm. I’m jet lagged after a 20 flight to Europe from Australia, there’s an ear-splitting drum beat from a restaurant under my window. THUMP…THUMP..…BANG BANG! So loud it comes close to making the glass of the windows rattle. Utterly impossible to sleep. Ear pads don’t work against this window-shaking racket. Why the drums in a residential zone? Why doesn’t the management get the police to enforce the law on noise? So stay at this hotel if you can do with entirely sleepless nights. BANG BANG BANG!
