Perfect wedding day The most enjoyable thing here is the lovely, kind and attentive service we have received at Sovereign Suites. All the staff were so sweet to us that I will remember them as part of our wonderful wedding day. Some special mentions at the end. My wife Grace chose Sovereign Suites for our white wedding and it really was a perfect venue. The extensive, lush and beautiful gardens; the supremely helpful and joyous staff ( they were palpably joyous for us on our big day - and some joined in our dancing!); a splendid lunch in the marquee and the impressive building with its old-world interiors - all added up and contributed to our perfect day. We couldn't tear ourselves away and stayed two nights. The bridal suite is huge with a bathroom the size of most living rooms. We loved all the retro panelling and the huge terrace outside the room - with breakfast in the sunshine. We had dinner with our in-laws in an impressive private dining room panelled like a 20th century boardroom. Again the service was lovely. Special mention to Moses and James who went out of their way to make us comfortable. Also to our room cleaner Dominic who was very kind and courteous to us. And to Peter, who brought us a lovely breakfast in our room. And to all the other staff who helped to give us an unforgettable, wonderful stay.

This place is absolutely stunning, the only reason I was unable to give a five star rating is because of two pretty important issues. The hot water did not work the night we arrived, so I was unable to take a shower until the morning. And the tea kettle left in my room had someone’s left over tea from a previous day, this was quite disgusting. However, the place itself is clean, decent, and it really makes you feel like you are one of the aristocrats from the time this place was built. I was not impressed by the food. But would certainly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Amazing, amazing place. The service was top-notch, food was excellent, comfortable bed and spacious room. The whole experience was unforgettable. I would 10/10 recommend. Thank you for giving us a beautiful experience. We'll be back! 🙏

We were here a second time to spend Christmas holidays and had an even better experience than before. The service by all the staff; notably Peter, Makena, Irene, Ascar, George, among others was exceptional! The hotel stepped in to support us with the baby when we had a medical emergency during our stay exemplifying great concern and willingness to go above and beyond to support the guests. The room 307 was spectacular and we wish we had more time to make enjoy it some more! The one thing that they can work on is heating up the pool- Limuru can be quite cold, and it would be great to enjoy the pool in that environment. Great food, kind people, amazingly spacious rooms... I would go back, again. Loved it!

Sovereign Suites is spectacularly spacious and the environment is green and luscious. The rooms are large and cosy, the staff are all warm and friendly and also willing to go the extra mile to accommodate the guests. The food is also really good. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve party and great camaraderie. It's less than an hour's drive from Nairobi City, making it a convenient weekend getaway spot. Definitely recommend it!
