The Leela Palace New Delhi

Our delhi visit going fantastic because the leela palace.how they train the staff staff unbelievable. Reall hospitallitiy staff they greet ,acknowledged or smile best staff. I have lots of name list from reception or food and drinks and houses keeping best in my travels experience

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. The food is delicious, with options for everyone to enjoy, and there are things for kids to have fun too. The pool is clean and relaxing, and the overall service makes you feel special. A wonderful place to stay with your family for a relaxing and memorable trip

I stayed 2 nights at Oberoi hotel , 3 nights at Lallt and 2 nights at Leela palace Oberoi : Great Breakfast and coffee, but older building but still classic and can visit again . Outside the hotel front is not pleasent but the back part is all green . still something was missing , felt not true 5 star . Lalit: avoid avoid and avoid . Nothing is five star . I stayed as the organiser for our 25th college anniversary had all college mates stay there Leela palace : Great in location , Feel fresh and inviting and well decorated . Great service and great staff . Rooms are huge and clean . Amenities are great . One thing which Leela palace is missing at large is the COFFEE and poor breakfast options . Coffee is stale ( I tried there cappuccino french press ) just to make sure im not judging bit No , coffe do suck at Leela palace like the person who choose coffe beans has no clue what he/she is doing . I stayed at Oberoi they had excellent coffee and excellent breakfast and leela palace should hire new staff for just that purpose as I stayed at leela palace many time in last 4 years but I have started to have go out of hoteo to get my coffee as I cannot drink there stale coffee ( hate it ) . Ordered egg benedict at Oberoi and then at Leela palace . The oberoi put leela palace breakfast to dust ...but rest leela palace wins . as I said rest is great at Leela palace ( and that's why i stay there despite my coffee complaints ) . Message to the admin at Leela : improve your breakfast !

Wow it was amazing palace.we stayed almost two days in palace..they did good hospitality for us👌👌..we were enjoying so much and it was great day …there had dinning arrangements fantastic 👍🏽then food was delicious 😋 same time Service was well…rooms facilities and room service was doing good 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽maybe next year we will come back 👍🏽👍🏽

Amazing food, great ambiance… service was great, Raj was very attentive and his recommendations were spot on. Portion sizes were good and the wine recommendations completed our food. The decor of the restaurant was very classy and the open plan kitchen was a great touch.
