The Leela Palace New Delhi

My stay at the hotel was BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. The hotel has sent a new standard for what to expect regarding hospitality. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure our stay met our expectations and that my every need was met. A special thank you to Kranti, our driver who was always so nice and polite and made our stay in Delhi even more special! Kranti was not inly incredibly patient with us but offered thoughtful guidance and tips through our travels around the city. I look forward to coming back and i’m sure that this wont be my last time staying at the hotel. As Kranti would say, this isn’t goodbye but rather a see you soon. Again thank you to the incredible team that made our stay unforgettable!

Outstanding service started from the reception at the Delhi Airport followed by garland prayer welcome at the hotel. Service and food at the Club lounge was outstanding. Breakfast at the Cube was an experience not to be missed. Our room overlooking the Devi and the hotel gardens was perfect and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed morning swimming at the rooftop pool. Personal service by the pool made us feel special. SPA experience enhanced an already marvelous stay. Jetander and Vinod at the SPA gave me and my wife a very relaxing and enjoyable oil massage. Only thing that did not meet our expectations was the dinner at the Cube. The main restaurant Jamawar was closed for private event, so we ended up eating at the Cube. The place was too busy and too noisy and slow service with an average food. This review would not be complete without a special mention about Reservations Manager Mona Singh who treated us like her own family and made sure we had an amazing experience. Ayan at the Cube was always there with a big smile on his face and always going beyond the call of duty. We would like to congratulate GM Preeti Makhija for running an amazing team . All the staff were outstanding without an exception.

Kranti from the Leela Palace is the best driver. I would recommend him for any activity that you want to go to in New Delhi. He is warm, professional, and caring. My daughter wanted to take a train trip to Agra (Taj Mahal). He drove us to the train station which turned out to be something I wasn't so sure about. He quickly made us feel safe, got us a porter, and made sure we were in the right spot. He also saw we were dehydrated and recommended some coconut water. He treated us like he would his own family.

Had 2 weddings to go to and this was first one. As usual extremely good service and kind people. Food at breakfast buffet was very good and loved the tea and dosa every morning. Mr Kumar did a wonderful job on getting us to the airport and helping us with everything, his help is what convinced me come back

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever been in. The staff is amazing and was able to take care of our every need. Our first night in the hotel we had their car take us to a restaurant. When I called to have it come back the Concierge was apologetic that it had not waited for us while we dined. He met us at the door when we returned to offer more apologies. I was not at all concerned but he was. It was clear that they feel responsible for their guests. Our second day included an early start to Agra to see the Taj Mahal and they prepared a box-breakfast for us to have on our car ride. I also needed to extend my stay due to a late night flight and they were able to accommodate my changes and arrange for the hotel car to take us to the airport. It is nice to be able to be pampered like this.
