Nakul and his team were the most lovely. They were so very kind, and provided great conversation and service. I ordered room service and the delivery was excellent and on time. It all made me feel like I was at home! Thank you so much for making my stay feel so easy and comfortable.

A beautiful property with luxurious furnishings (especially the lobby) and very large rooms. Efficient airport pick up through chaotic traffic, in room check-in formalities and there were cookies, cakes and fruit in the room which was a very nice and much appreciated touch. Had dinner at Jamavar and the both the food and service were excellent although a little pricey. Breakfast was good, although at this price point it would have been nice to have mangoes. Delhi is a huge city but the location is reasonably convenient for tourist sites, not much of a view from the rooms unfortunately. The driveway gets very crowded however as it is a small area and the hotel sees a lot of traffic during peak times.

Spending a few days in Delhi and we chose the Leela. We haven't regretted the decision at all. Fantastic facilities, rooms and restaurants. The standout highlight of our stay was the exemplary service given by Shobhit in the Jamavar Restaurant - he was attentive, helpful and very personable. A real asset to the restaurant and hotel.

From pick up at airport, thru check-in and stay, the staff are all very nice and professional. Big hotel but still maintains a welcoming feeling. Only complaint would be the restaurants. Breakfast is loud and noisy with the room in need of some acoustic dampening. Had dinner in Jamavar and the place is soulless and unwelcoming. Pity as the rest is very good.

Always a huge pleasure to return to this splendid hotel. We meet new staff but very glad to see the old faces. We went to Megu this time following drinks at the library bar, superb food. Once again shukriya to chef Jolly and Divyansh for your help with the reservation. A point to note, as we drove off in the car, your goodbye/welcome staff said something rude under his breath which he assumed I didn't hear or couldn't lip read. I understood what he said.
