I really wanted to give this hotel a good review but unfortunately all I could remember was how sleepless the nights were during our stay. The roadwork was constant, not the hotel's fault, but I wish we were informed during our booking, so that I could look elsewhere. FYI the roadwork wasn't just the noise but also the smell and the dust. It's ashamed since we loved how convenient the location was and how spacious our 1 bedroom was...

We visited on 12/22. I booked a package that included parking. I stated we were a party of 4. I booked a 1 bedroom suite. I took advantage of the upgrade to a king in the days before my stay. We arrived around 11am on 12/22. We were told we would receive a text when room was ready. We did not. We returned at 10:30pm to get our room. The connecting door in our room did not lock. I was told it didn't need to. The connecting room couldn't get into our room. I was uncomfortable with this. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. I went to the front desk at 11pm. I made a reservation for 4 people. It was known we needed to use the sofa bed. The man at the desk said he would secure sheets for us. A second man arrived, he looked like he was a manager and was telling the desk clerk he had to punch out on time. The desk clerk explained that I needed sheets. The manager then stated "You will get them when you get them". I found this to be completely unacceptable. At 11pm- when check in is 4pm- and in a room I have paid a large sum of money for- I should not be told that sheets will arrive when they arrive. I said at this point I could drive home and know I have sheets- he responded "you could". I understand it was the holidays but asking for sheets in a room that should have them is a reasonable request. I will add that the rest of the staff was wonderful during our stay. Upon check out, I asked how long we could leave our car. I was told the remainder of the day. After the fact, my credit card was charged an additional $75. I am assuming this was another parking fee. We paid for parking with our room rate. I will not recommend your hotel in future nor would we stay here again.

We reserved a king suite and it was confirmed. Upon arrival we asked to make sure it was a king suite and the desk agent said yes then we got to the room and it is a queen. We complained and they said too bad the fine print says they give you whatever they feel like. Also they don’t tell you before hand that there is no restaurant or room service available. They are crooks and have done an illegal bait and switch. Do not recommend staying here.

Avoid this hotel we stayed there and pre paid but when we checked out there were hundreds of dollars in undisclosed fees taken from our card. Mandatory amenities fees even though they have almost no faculties at all. Rip off shameless money grabbing

This place is beyond amazing the staff is so friendly. Shout out to the bell hop I forgot his name but he’s a tall gentleman with a shaved head. He made our experience so much better. With being fun and giving us a trolly ride to the bar and congratulating us on getting engaged. The service Anya helped me so much with setting up the room after proposing. All around we will be staying here every time we go to New York

My stay was amazing. The only problem was with the room phones. I could not get them to work.
