Great Midtown option.
Stayed for business while in NYC. The staff is wonderful. So kind and accommodating. Great location in midtown with great food and beverage options. Was in the Towers on this stay, and it was spacious and had a great view. Will return on my next stay!

A huge thank you to Ms.Rebecca V! She made our stay memorable. She was extremely helpful! Super patient and kind. Very soft spoken! Our view from our room was breathtaking!! We went for a nice walk around the neighborhood and went for dinner (walking distance) truthfully it’s a great location to stay at.

Fabulous Champagne Triplex at the Towers at Lotte NY Palace!
My wife and two friends recently stayed at the triplex Champagne Suite at the Towers at Lotte NY Palace. We always stay at the Towers when we visit NY, but this was an extra treat with friends and so we splurged on the triplex. It is an amazing space; three spacious floors of luxury, exceptional art and amazing views of NYC. Jimm Kalina helped me to select the suite, as it was a holiday present to our friends and a special treat for us. It exceeded our high expectations! Thanks to Jimm at the front desk and the entire staff at the Towers at Lotte NY Palace staff for providing us with a very special and memorable week in NYC! Thank you!!

Exceptional!
The hotel is absolutely beautiful! It deserves its 5 star rating! The staff is impeccable! Friendly, Happy, Attentive and just so Nice to talk with! To mention some names Ryan Dowd /front manager friendly, kind and service oriented! Isabella, Ani and Rebecca in the Towers area so helpful and kind! So many more to thank, Front desk crew, housekeeping, bellman, thank you for this wonderful experience! Cant wait to stay here again! All the Best Kelly
