The towers were amazing! Rebecca provided us with everything we needed for a five-star stay. She is the utmost professional. The rooms are outstanding - beautiful views, plenty of space, and nice touches. The hotel is fantastic - the location, the newly upgraded spa, and the bar (the Gold Room). The amenities and the team at the Towers are just amazing. You will not be disappointed. We cannot wait to return.

Ani Bedrossian, Concierge, was a delight. Helpful, knowledgable, and approachable, with a welcoming smile . She represents the Lotte with class and special insights to the novice and seasoned traveler . We have been guests before, and look forward to our return visit.
