Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando

Hotel manager is rude and condescending Reserved hotel for concert assuming the concert would not be cancelled. Concert ended up cancelled and hotel manager was not empathetic to the situation. Refused to refund me, and spoke to me in a condescending manner. By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced with a Marriott establishment to date.

Aloof hotel management and property owner. Power outage & luke warm shower in the dark, but according to the hotel - they did not cause the power outage - so there would be no remuneration. No apology, no courtesy Bonvoy points, just a clear message of "Not the property's fault & not the property's problem"

Room was dirty and not cleaned from Prior guest. I checked in at 10p. Hair , dirt on floors and in sink shower and tub. Also toilet kept running and wouldn’t flush without messing with the tank. Worst part was toe nail clippings on carpet. Had to wait until 12a to get back to room so it could be cleaned. I was missing water for coffee pot and bar soap which I requested prior to cleaning. Then in the am the power and water went out for over an hour. I couldn’t shower or even flush the toilet. Would like management to reach out

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Great stay. Gym was a little small since there was a big group staying there but happy that they had two Peloton bikes. Food was great and staff was awesome. I LOVED that you could tip the valets electronically so that you did not have to carry cash around all the time - huge plus in my mind. The only very minor negatives I had was that my room and others that end in 'xx25' are located behind the ice machine and you could hear it running through the night. It sounded like someone was turning a doorknob back and forth in the hallway trying to get in but after the first night I figured it out what it was. I am a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me enough to change rooms but if you are not, I would avoid these rooms if possible until the hotel gets better sound proofing around the space where the ice machine is located. The only other thing was that the pool was open odd hours so wanted to try it out, but did not get a chance to do so.

Special place on BYE and key location with great amenities. As a new couple it was attractive and a boutique feel that made it special. Great valet on their game quickly everytime need the jeep🙌👍. Recommended to those who want to be in the mix of Orlando. Cheers, J
