Poor experience
We were given a room on the 2nd floor the fire alarm went off 3 times, the first time for 5 minutes. We threw our clothes on and went to the hall, which was quiet. A call to the operator revealed that they were aware of this malfunction before. I slept in my clothes thru the other 2 alarms. We got a different room for the next 2 nights. The restaurant closed early, said they had no business. Refused to give me ice, told me to go up for the bucket. Elevators very slow.

Vacation
Beautiful resort !!! Amazing stay with the kids . Great service and staff!! We come here all the time , beautifully renovated and stylish . Food and drinks are served on the beach and pool ! I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a great time !!!

Fantastic experience
Beautiful hotel. Very accommodating and helpful. I was provided more amenities than I needed. Shenoa at the front desk went above and beyond to be helpful. Great location. Gorgeous views. Walking distance to all the relaxing things I needed.

Shenoa was wonderful she gave us a wonderful welcoming the hotel is lovely and we are very satisfied hotel amazing good service everyhting positive good staff come to joining front desk gooos please come nice beach pool service and everything good

Resort is a STRETCH - they've remodeled and it's like Target and Wayfair had a battle - throw in a little Disney and remnants of the old black/gold motif and you've got Tideline! They tried to charge me $35 to park in an empty lot (there were 8 cars total), there is no ice machine, but you can get a $100 1/2 bottle of champs in your room. The beach access is great. The bar and restaurant close early and the staff are on VISA's from Hungary and miserable. The bartender was helpful trying to get local or national news on the TV in my room- he tried but wasn't successful. The parking lot guy was very nice and the staff well I just feel bad for them overall because the place is a joke. I've stayed there before the remodel and was hopeful that things would improve but they actually got worse.
