Great couples’ weekend

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Absolutely loved the staff at front desk, spa and restaurant/bar! Wes at the front desk was the highlight of our trip. Had fantastic food. Rebecca from room service took amazing care of us. Andre at T Cooks was a delight. Valet and bell service elite. We are so relaxed we don’t want to go home! Heavenly spit.

A fantastic, unique property that could use a few easy fixes

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Overall it was a great stay. It is a beautiful and unique property that is very special, and we will be back for spring training again next February. The history tour with Barbara was especially enjoyable - she is a great hotel ambassador. We also very much enjoyed dinner while at happy hour on the patio. It was so nice our first night, that we did it every night of our stay and never left the property for dinner. Breakfast was a little more disappointing though. Disclaimer - it was complimentary for us as Globalists so we were still grateful for it, but the kitchen quality was not as high as it was for dinner. The smoothies were disappointing - they tasted like just powder blended with milk, and we were surprised that they were featured on a separate menu card. For $12 please provide real fruit (other than the garnish) and real supplements in the smoothies. Huevos rancheros was too small of a dish, the chilaquiles had more onions in it than chicken, and the breakfast sandwich was very average to be featured as the first item on the menu. Pancakes were very average as well and at $18 would have been disappointing had we paid for them. Evening housekeeping consistently arrived after 9pm which woke us up on one of our nights, and it doesn't include turn-down service. We wondered why this wasn't done earlier in the evening. Still, other than evening housekeeping and the breakfast, we enjoyed ourselves and will be back - thank you

Charming Centennial Phoenix property

Charming old Phoenix hotel. Ideally located, good food service, cozy rooms. Interesting plantings courtyard cozy nooks to read books. Feels like you're staying in a family owned hotel. Happily stay there again. Highly recommend poor couples or small families

Can't wait to go back for a longer stay!

What a beautiful property! The amenities are phenomenal, and service and food was also exceptionally good. Highly recommend! Happy hour is a really fantastic deal. I had crab cakes and the truffle fries and a lovely glass of wine. It was a great meal, high quality, and the service was fantastic.

Lovely resort and spa!

This resort is Beautiful, relaxing, has great food and perfect location! Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spa and T cooks for breakfast each morning! The Citrus ritual is a must, my husband and i got to do it together which was amazing, it is pricey but hey! You are on vacay! I Would highly recommend this resort for a girl's trip or couple's trip. We would stay here again!

We booked the 4-night package on Luxury Link and it was well worth it. The package was an amazing value! My wife and I spent four days there and wish we could have spent a few more. The food at T. Cook's was the best I have had in a while. The menu also offered a local-products-only meal, which was terrific. The spa was very nice and we fully enjoyed each of our treatments. The rest of the time was spent laying by the pool, shopping in the Scottsdale mall, and playing golf. I would recommend Royal Palms Resort and Spa to any and all.
