An awesome experience all the way around.
This was our fourth time staying at the hotel. The vibe is super cool, the walking distance to old town is very close. The hotel staff from check in, ZuZu bar, pool staff and the housekeeper were all very accommodating. The bar prices were fair too, no price gouging. We will be back again.

Great weekend getaway
The hotel in general was amazing and the location in downtown Scottsdale was perfect. The pool and dj made for a fun, enjoyable day and the food either in the restaurant or room service was top notch. Already planning another staycation there once it warms up.

Great location / great look but in urgent need of repair
Great location , great old architecture but in need of total renovation , also a much tighter management of the staff to improve service ( some exceptions of course) the price is too high for the experience. I think a new management approach is needed to save what could be a real gem

Great place for business meetings
Great rooms-I had a spacious king room. Great food and meeting facilities. The staff at ZuZu made watching the National Championship fun! The staff was helpful and friendly. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and grounds. Definitely would recommend The Valley Ho!

Great Ambiance
Everything was top-notch at the hotel from the room to the staff to the food. I cannot wait to visit again. The location was amazing as well being within a few blocks of Scottsdale. I traveled for business and had a great experience also utilizing their conference rooms for meetings. During the meetings we were taken care of by Manny and he was so wonderful and ensuring we had everything we needed and making our meals and experience.
