BEAUTIFUL HOTEL!! Make time for the immersive traditional dance and boat send off when you arrive Wonderful staff!! Gave us wonderful dinner recommendations and tour guide to Angkor Wat and other temples Have Dinner in the open air lobby Vannak treated us so well Great service, great food, great show Amazing spa experience Couples massage from Vuoch and Khum Make time to enjoy the spa pool! A temple of peace surrounded by temples of old
The Park Hyatt Siem Reap is a fantastic place to stay. May and his team there arranged our two days at Angkor Wat and the Temples which were breathtaking, and the spa treatments which were top notch as well. Our suite was incredible, complete with a small private pool. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Stunning Hotel
We stayed only 3 nights in this stunning hotel! Everything and everybody were simply extraordinary! Hope we will come back one day! We had awesome breakfasts, relaxing time at the salty water pool and at our arrival, while checking in, we had a short but extremely relaxing shoulder massage by a very kind lady. We loved everything 💓

A stay to remember
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap thanks to the great service of their team. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always willing to assist with every little thing! The Globalist benefits went far at this property that provides classic luxury in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The grounds and rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, close to a major grocery store, Pub Street (but far enough for peace and quiet), delicious local food, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The breakfast on property as well as the various shows were highlights of our trip, up there with Angkor Wat. We especially want to highlight the service of Verena Lefebvre, the guest experience manager. Verena provided excellent service before, during, and even after our stay. She went above and beyond to give us a tour of the property and even offered to be available on her day off. When I left something in the room after checkout, she successfully and thoroughly facilitated the delivery of my items to my next destination and communicated very clearly and concisely every step of the way to ensure I was kept updated. This level of service from Verena is something we have never seen before at any Hyatt property and deserves the highest recognition. We look forward to returning!
