I wish to share with you my experience staying in the prince tokyo hotel. I have paid my stay here for 4 nights including breakfast at the junior suit. While coming today on my second morning to eat breakfast I was told I needed to wait for at least (!) 40 minutes, and that was after waiting in line for another 20 minutes. After going to the front desk I was told I can wait in a business lounge until my time will arrive. Unfortunately I have a travel guide waiting for me therefore I couldn’t wait that long. I have bought this reservation for my own trip, at a cost of extra 1,800 USD to include breakfast, and I never experienced anything like what I have experienced in the Prince Tokyo Hotel.

Location: In Shibakoen park next to Tokyo Tower. Has amazing views of Tokyo Tower. Slightly closer to airports. But a bit far from center of town. Common Area: Modern, spacious and updated. Staff was helpful. Rooms: Huge room size by Tokyo standards. But room decor is dated, from the 80s. But everything was clean. Pajamas and full amenities offered. We were here right before Christmas and rates here were less than US$300 a night, which was a steal. Also, right next to a Christmas market, which is nice. Had a great stay but I prefer locations closer to shopping and sights (Roppongi, Toramonon, Shibuya, Ginza). But if you are looking for a quieter area for your Tokyo stay; this is a nice option.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, the service was absolutely dreadful I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone. There are plenty of other hotels that value their guests and offer proper customer service.

If you want to stay at a hotel with the best Tokyo Tower view, this hotel is the place you want! It’s rare for Tokyo Hotels to have balconies, but I got a room with a balcony with literally the Tokyo Tower directly facing me🗼 The restaurant Shibazakura located on B1 is also AMAZING! Best japanese food I had during this trip.

During our stay at this hotel in July to celebrate my partner's birthday, I found the service to be commendable despite the higher cost. I want to specifically acknowledge the assistance provided by the breakfast staff, Seki and Lin, in organizing a special birthday breakfast for my partner ☺️
